you can't get pregnant right away just after one night but I guess it's Ekta's serial anything can happen.

In real life you might not be able to get pregnant after one night, but in the balaji serials, there's raging hormones ... everyone is pregnant no problems!!

Anyways, with regards to pammi, she wasnt wearing a fake preg tummy .... she's just too F A T !!! ahhahahah 😉
