I dont think she has any secret...she was ill for so long so showing her all well in just one day would be absurd..

i think gyatri knows Prem doesn't remember anything just my thought since she's a mom she would know or may be she is sad for harman

what i actually meant was gayatri mom looked very sad today n even during aarti no one was there her smile was missing .......

Lucky she did not talk; imagine her talking non-stop like lallu uncle 😆, when premeer were by her side. We would never have had a premeer scene.😛

I think she is not talking because of all people, only heer and gaya3 mom is able to decipher prem. We were not shown today, any conversation between prem and heer re: RR and hence no conversations between prem-heer-gaya3 mom.

The drama starts on monday.
