Parminder goes towards Kuldeep's cell and while the constable is leading her, the constable tells her how he doesn't talk to anyone and behaves and everything and that he keeps something with him and if anyone tries to take it away, he gets mad. Parminder interrupts and says that his name's Kuldeep.

Parminder enters the cell and touches his feet. A tear from her eyes touches Kuldeep's foot and he notices Parminder. Kuldeep gets happy and can't believe Parminder's here. He drops the bundle he was holding Parminder picks up. She sees that they were clothes for Vrinda when Vrinda was a baby and can't believe Kuldeep still kept them. Kuldeep asks about everyone in the family and then says that Parminder loves him more than he loves her and asks why she never came to see him. She replies that he had made her promise and he says that he asked her to make that promise because it was his duty but his heart always believed she would come. Parminder tells him that it's her duty to help him fulfil his duties. Kuldeep tells Parminder he wanted to say something to her and Parminder says it better not be another promise as it took her 20 years to break this one. Yug comes and sees Parminder with Kuldeep and wonders why he's in jail and why he's never mentioned as well as what the secret it. Kuldeep tells Parminder that he'll be out of jail soon but isn't sure if he'll come home. Parminder tells him that she'll visit him. The constable comes and tells them the visiting hours are over and Parminder leaves. Yug decides to tell Vrinda this.

Yug comes and sees Vrinda with Bebe, Radhika and Pooja. He tries to signal to Vrinda that he has to talk to her but Radhika sees and tells Yug to join them. Yug sits beside Vrinda and tells her to come with him as he has to tell her something important. Radhika asks if he won't help today and he offers and starts cutting okra. Teji comes and says how Yug is making khema out of the okra and Radhika gets mad saying at least Yug is trying. Teji says that if he started doing this work than what would his wife do. Radhika get mad and basically says how much better Yug is then Teji. Teji leaves and Radhika comments that Yug's wife will be lucky. Bebe thinks to herself that Yug is a great boy and it will be great if he marries Vrinda. She asks Yug what kind f girl he wants and he asks Vrinda to pass him the tomatoes. Vrinda passes them and then goes to wash the pots. Radhika comments saying Yug is shy and Yug denies it. He says he wants someone who can cook and do everything in the kitchen as well as clean the utensils. Vrinda then goes to help Bebe and Yug continues saying he wants someone who respects her elders and helps them and wears salwar suits. And that he wants someone who looks like Bebe (is her shadow) and by looking at her, you would want her to meet your mother and to make her laugh you would do anything. He wants someone whose sorrow he wants to take away and someone he can understand without her having to say anything and have her understand him without having him to say anything either and that that's all he wants. Vrinda finishes her work and gets up and leaves. Yug asks Radhika if there's any more work and leaves as well. As Yug leaves, Bebe looks on and thinks she won't have to work hard as he's described all the qualities Vrinda has.

Yug is frustrated the Vrinda won't listen to him. Vrinda comes and gets mad at him for signalling to her and trying to meet her secretly after everything that had happened. She keeps on accusing Yug and misunderstanding and Yug tells her to listen but she says she doesn't want to listen. Vrinda turns to leave but stops when Yug asks if she wants to hear about her father. Yug tells her how he followed Parminder and saw her dad in jail. He promises to have Vrinda meet Kuldeep but Vrinda refuses saying she promised Parminder that she would never ask about Kuldeep. Yug tells her that if she doen' want to ask then don't but to at least meet Kuldeep as he is her father and that some relationships are more important than promises made and that's probably why Parminder broke the promise she made to Dadabeer. Yug tells her it's her choice though if she wants to meet Kuldeep or not.

Pre-cap: Vrinda tells Yug she wants to meet Kuldeep and Yug says that they can't go as Yug and Vrinda because Parminder might find out if she decides to go again
