On Starworld I think at about 9.00 pm IST on Thursday and Friday . American Idol is going on. There is one Indian Boy Anoop Desai, from NC, who has been selected.

He is 21 year old from North Carolina and he is a fantastic singer. I really hope he makes through all those initial rounds so I can vote for him.

The only thing I was disappointed about him was that he showed up for auditions in flip flops, and shorts. The judges did not seem to like that either. Simon kept making fun of him and also some people that I know here and also some on the web found Simon's remark to Anoop as racist because he said, "you look like you just came from a meeting with Bill Gates."

Anoop told Randy to call him, "Noop Dogg" 😆

I hope he makes it far.

Hey, I watched the video, Noop Dog is pretty good! You think he'll make it past the Hollywood round? It'd be nice to see him later on. Anyways, the dude needs to work on his wardrobe ... button down shirt and flip flops, I don't care even if he was from California or Florida, nobody should come on national TV lookin' like that. 😆 Anyways, let's see what happens, he got it hard from Simon, maybe he'll get his act together later on.

Yes, he definitely needs to work on his wardrobe. He seems like a smart person I hope he will make better choices on his wardrobe based on all that he had to hear from Simon 😆.
