Hay guts have you noticed that ADITI adress Swayam as "SWAYAM BHAIYYA"

Anuska adresses him by calling "JETHJI"
Astha adresses him by calling"SWAYAM" Why is it so ? She is the Choti babu of the family before when she was acting as a payal when Rahil became normal she used to adress him "swayam bhaiyya" and from 1st december episode she started calling him "swayam" Why ????????????????????????????
