Mayank-Nupur chemistry ruined!

For me MJHT has always been more about MayUr (call me biased) than SaJan. But lately I am disappointed with the show because not only are MayUr reduced to being sidekicks like Chako and Annie (even worse than Dia and Uday) but also their characters are being butchered ruthlessly.

Nupur (an average student) challenging Mayank (a consistent topper) in front of the entire class was not only laugh-worthy, but also preposterous. You cannot top the class by last moment rote learning, just because you desire to do so.

Secondly, I understand Mayank is proud, haughty and arrogant. But Nupur's dialogue quality seems to have considerably degraded over the past month. Her "tumne 19 marks ke kabil bhi kuch likha hai" to a class topper was utterly ridiculous. Even if she DOES do well in exams, doesn't mean Mayank will do badly.

Thirdly, everyone on the forum has been saying this and I will reiterate - WHERE ON EARTH IS THE LETTER? Has Mayank secretly read it? Or has he destroyed it? Or what happened to his trust issues with Nupur? Mayank and Nupur's characters were so well etched at the start. But now they've become irrational, illogical and silly. (I never thought I'd say this for my favorite pair) For a pair with tremendous potential and blazing chemistry to be reduced to wallpapers is extremely disappointing.

A sincere appeal to the directors, creatives, writers etc - Please treat us like mature individuals who know what it is like in the real world. Either stop this farce right now, or redeem yourselves immediately!

am a silent member of the MJHT forum and this average student v/s topper track is ridiculous ... how can all this happen? They should be a bit realistic .. I agree they've really ruined the beautiful contrast Mayank and Nupur always shared !

I have to agree with you. They get so little screen time, and yesterday's episode was complete rubbish. This couple has so much of potential, but the creatives just ruin everything. I think the writers team should get FIRED I realize I shouldn't be saying this, but honestly yesterday's episode was absolutely pathetic. Even some members of this forum can make better creatives, than the present ones in the show. First, the whole talent parade got dragged, and now this exam thing has been dragging forever. I could care less, if Mayank managed to jump from a 20 feet building and survived, rather than endure this whole exam crap. Sick and tired of MN's arguments too (get over it already!).

yea, the spark was missing in their fights today and its was kinda odd to see them behave that way in front of devdhar sir (especially Mayank)

plus i don't get why Dia invited Mayank to the new years party (according to the adv update) i mean, since when have they been friends and why and how did Mayank agree? and why does he want to find a partner at the party? its not his style at all :S

And just HOW can an average person come so close to surpassing a college topper in just a week????

Im more use to SaJan now! But i want Mayur scenes too.

im like so disappointed i havent seen mayur together its been 3 weeks now.. creatives seriously hav to check wid da story line..

Thank god Mayank topped per the advanced update! Th creatives finally heard our pleas, looks like.
