Sadly its the truth for Radhika. I don't think Vish's parents do it on purpose tho. That Amma probably had a lot to do with the treatment Radhika gets and Vish's parent probably can't say anything to go against her. And being Brahmins they too must follow the rules set on them by society. So they can't allow Rads to perform poojas on their behalf. But its is sad that Rads was not educated but i am sure that was Amma's doing. Although i dont remember anyone saying that Rads is not educated. Maybe she did go to some sort of school but i done now.

Parent loves Radhika..only Amma don't like her..she always tell bad to her..Shashri try to argue with her mom but not devki... Hello i agree with U that in the village may be people still doing..

I think even if he talks with Radhika, she will remain in ghoonghat and he wont be able to see her face. And, because amma and dadi have asked her to sit in mandap, she will not open her mouth regarding truth. Instead, she will tell that because father was going to 'daan' (kanyadaan) her and she has to leave her parents thats why she is crying.

i think Shashri suppose to know that he doing Radhika's Kanyadhan..

I dont think so. Shastri is a purohit and since Radhika's cast is not known, shastri will not be able to do it even if he wants.

Shashti love Radhika as much he loves Vishaka..

That is the case in evert telly-story. One who is nice and just is not able to speak or defend. And the bad gets all the authority to torture the good. 😆😆
