Update for December 15

Suyash says that he doesn't believe all this and how can they. They need evidence and they can't arrest someone on something someone has said. Parvati walks in and says that there is evidence. She asks Shekhar is he is surprised to see her, did he really think that Mayuri and her got into a fight, she says that it was all an act. She then tells Suyash that they have proof other than Sunny's statement but those proofs will be presented in court only. Suyash takes the court notice from the lawyer. Parvati says that the truth came out infront of everyone and she tells the officer to arrest Shekhar. Shekhar turns to his dad who tells him to go and promises to get him released.

Parvati turns to go and Suyash stops her and tells her that she tried to break his weakness, his family. He can tolerate anything upon himself but not upon his family. Parvati says that he has become blind in their love and his eyes will open when Shekhar gets punished. Suyash says that Shekhar will not get punished but he will punish Parvati. Parvati says that he is fighting against her and she is fighting against the bad. Suyash says that the bad lies in her and she brainwashed Mayuri. Parvati tells Suyash that he has said enough and he should speak with his voice down. She says that she is standing in his house but that doesn't mean that she would listen to his nonsense. She says that it isn't her problem that he doesn't want to accept the truth that is before his eyes. Suyash says that he doesn't need to say anything to Parvati and maybe she isn't aware of his power, she says that maybe she isn't. Parvati says that she has realized his 'ahankar' though, and wonders what will happen the day it breaks. Suyash says that her act of being good will break (lol..this makes no sense in english) and her dream of getting Shekhar punished will break. Parvati says that his trust in Shekhar will break about the whole incident.

Parvati says that they will see each other in court now and leaves.

Suyash is discussing the case with some lawyers (i think) in his office. He tells them that his main priority right now is to get Shekhar out on bail. Gaurav knocks on the door and comes inside, Suyash tells him that he is busy in a meeting right now but Gaurav says that there is a problem. Suyash says that why is it that the word problem is linked with you. Suyash says that Gaurav always brings a problem with him. Suyash excuses himself from the meeting and takes Gaurav to the side. Gaurav says that they have not recieved the last installment for the hospital project and Suyash says that he himself checked the records and they already have made the last payment. Gaurav says that they have not yet gotten it and Suyash asks if he means to say that Suyash is lying but Gaurav says no and what he meant is that he may have released the last payment but the Agarwals have not yet accepted it. Suyash says he'll prove it by showing Gaurav the records.

Suyash takes Gaurav to a seperate cabin and gets the Agarwal's file out and shows Gaurav the file. Suyash asks Gaurav if he remembers the advance money he invested in the share market and says that that was their last installment. Gaurav says that money had drowned but Suyash says that is not his problem since they never asked him before investing it. Gaurav asks him if he is doing all this because of the case that Parvati has filed. Suyash calls Gaurav pathetically immature and says that he doesn't involve his personal life with his professional life. Suyash says that this isn't the first time that Parvati has created a tamasha with Suyash. Suyash leaves saying that he has to go back to the meeting.

Parvati tells Mayuri's dad that to believe her and Mayuri is not to blame for any of this. He walks over to Mayuri and says that how could she put her whole life at stake for his well being. He says that he wouldn't have been able to live if Mayuri was not happy. He tells Mayuri that he is proud of her and that he will be with her in this fight and the only reason he had said yes to the wedding was because of Mayuri. He says that he will never let this alliance happen. Parvati tells Mr. Prakash that she has hired a very good lawyer and the name is 'Advocate Ambika'.

Suyash is sitting with those same people again and they are saying that Ambika would've been a good choice to hire as a lawyer and Suyash tells them to go ahead with it but they reply that she has already been hired by Parvati to fight against them. Suyash says that there must be other good lawyers out there and they say that there is one. Mr. Kothali (or was it Gothali:S). They give a breif history of the lawyer saying that he normally fights his cases that are against Ambika and that so far it has been a tie between them, one would win one case and the other would win the next. The person says that this would be a deciding factor for who is better and a tie breaker. Suyash says to hire him. A person comes in and tells Suyash that Shekhar's bail papers are ready and they all get ready to leave for the police station.

Sunny and Shekhar are in the same jail cell. Sunny complains about the food and water. He says that nobody from his family even knows that he is in jail and begs Shekhar to get him out of there. Shekhar says it isn't easy to get out of jail. Shekhar says that Parvati has filed a case against them but he can still get him out of here. Sunny asks how and Shekhar tells him that he should ask what he has to do. Sunny says he is ready to do anything and Shekhar says that he has a job for Sunny and then he'll be freed. Shekhar explains his plan in mute to Sunny and hands him a piece of paper. Shekhar tells Sunny to chill, relax and be careful. He says that he knows his dad very well and he can't bear to see him here. Shekhar also tells Sunny to remember that his dad doesn't know that he is responsible for everything. Shekhar says that once he gets out of jail he'll tell Sunny what to do and when to do it but until then he should just relax. Shekhar stops talking when he sees Pallavi standing there.

Pallavi says that Shekhar is a very good actor and that his plan isn't bad at all. Pallavi says that he has gone ahead of even her. She says that nobody would've thought that behind such an innocent face, there is a shaitan. Shekhar says to understand his mind, the person in front of him should have a mind like his and maybe that is why she can understand him. Pallavi says maybe. Pallavi says that he can trust her and this won't be known to anyone besides them. Shekhar says he knows that this raaz won't be known to anyone else since he knows how handy they will be to each other. Shekhar says that she has to be on his side since she has to stay in Suyash's good books. Pallavi says that maybe this is the first time she is meeting someone who is in a fix but is still laying down conditions and the person can't even refuse them. Pallavi says that his dad is going to get him bail very soon and after that together they will ruin Parvati Agarwal. Pallavi leaves.

Shilpa tells Gaurav that whatever Suyash said was right and Gaurav says that he knows but nobody thinks of him. He says what about the money that has drowned. Gaurav says he doesn't understand anything, he can't even take a loan on the house since Suyash has the papers. Shilpa says that they'll come up with a solution somehow.

Suyash signs the bail papers and asks if he can take his son now. The inspector tells the constable to go and get Shekhar.

Shekhar comes out and thanks Suyash. Suyash says there is no need to thank him and instead Suyash needs to say sorry to Shekhar since it took him so long to get the bail papers ready. Suyash says that they should go home since Granny and Grandpa are worried for him. Shekhar tries to say something about the case but Suyash tells him not to worry about that. He says that when they have to fight, they have to fight. Suyash says that maybe Parvati doesn't know what she has done but soon enough she'll get his answer. Episode ends on Shekhar's face.
