This model turned actress had what you call a Dream Debut in Bollywood. Her first film was with the country's premiere production house Yash Raj Films; it was directed by the extremely talented Aditya Chopra and had her sharing screen space with none other than superstar Shah Rukh Khan. Yes Ladies and Gentleman we are talking about the one and only Anushka Sharma who made a stunning debut as Taani in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi

While not much was known about Anushka before the film released, her popularity sky-rocketed as soon as Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi opened across theatres on Dec 12th 2008. Soon everyone wanted to meet, talk and chat with the gorgeous actress. Bollywood Hungama gave its surfers a chance to have a special chat session with Anushka and must say, fans couldn't get enough of her. For all those who missed this golden opportunity of chatting with Anushka, here is one more chance to know more about her as we present you the excerpts of the chat.

Sameer: Hi Anushka (Taani) ... How are you? :) How was your experience working with King of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan, under the biggest banner of Bollywood, Yash Raj Films, and a director whose directional debut is still running in cinemas after 13 years?

Anushka Sharma: Sameer, to begin with, it's the best exp of my life. I felt lucky to be working with ppl who have achieved so much in their fields.

Sanj : My favorite scene is when SRK comes home and you tell him that you've been selected in the competition. You flash the broadest smile and light the whole screen up.

FD: what kind of compliments that you have received so far about ur acting?

Anushka Sharma: FD, I have been told that its refreshing, they would love to see me in more movies

Anushka Sharma: belal, not really coz' every1 made me feel so comfy. I had one of the best teachers in the industry in SRK and Adi.

FD: what is Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi means to you?

Anushka Sharma: FD, it means that its not just the marriages that are made in heaven...its also the relationships that too are made in heaven!

nitesh123: What did u first do when u came to know that u were selected as YRF lead actress opposite SRK?

Anushka Sharma: nitesh, my mind had switched off for sometime...that was my 1st ever reaction.

Nitin: When will we be able to have a glimpse of u in France n UK?

Vishnu's: It is learnt that Yash Raj was not happy with the performance of the film at the box office, plz throw some light on this.

Anushka Sharma: fenil, I haven't promoted since they wanted the ppl to see my performance and then talk to me, as there will be more to talk abt . And NO...I don't have a BF.

Anushka Sharma: dtp, at the age of 15! I started with Prasad Bidappa during my weekends and my vacations.
