Supni hands over the papers to Ranjini for signature and after signing returns the papers to Supni. Supni hands the documents to Ranjini. Ranjini takes the papers. Chandra smiles. Ranjini leaves telling Chandra to take care of matters. Ranjini leaves with the papers. Chandra takes out a dollar coin and shows Supni and reminds him about their challenge and puts the coins on hisforehead. She pushes Supni out and tells Supni to get out and gives her evil laugh. Supni leaves with his man. A car comes and Chandra's uncle comes out with Ranjini in Neelambari's get up and go in. Supni sees them and is confused, He feels something is not right and goes to the winder with his man to watch. Uncle enters with Ranjini and Chandra scolds him for coming back so soon as she is afraid that Supni might see her. She asks her uncle why come back so soon with the documents. Uncle is confused and asks what Chandra is talking about.

Chandra gets angry and ask what he is talking about when Ranjini just came and took the documents. Chandra accuses her uncle of double crossing her. Uncle and Ranjini tell Chandra they are only coming now and don't know what is happening. Now Chandra is confused what has happened. Supni comes in and asks Chandra who is the real Neela. Supni then says he has recorded everythng and given to his man to be kept safely. He tells Chandra he will take her to court for fraud. Chandra gets angry and chases Supni out and he goes out laughing saying Chandra's bad time has started. After Supni leaves, Chandra tells everyone to leave her alone and goes inside. Ranjini smiles and says that this is the begining. She wants to make Chandra mad. Karthik's boss asks him to deliver some food to an address. Karthik is on his way and the boss gets a call from the client and she tells him a different address and the boss informs Karthik. This happens twice and both time Karthik is asked to go to a different address. Karthik finally arrives at the address but find a car blocking the driveway. He goes to the girl standing by the car and asks her why she is blocking the way. The girl with her back turned says she doesn't want him to go that is why she is blocking the way.

The girl turns around and it is none other than Aishwarya. Karthik tells her not to disturb him. Aishwarya tells him to listen to her but Karthik tells her no. Aishwarya asks Karthik to tell her the 3 words she wants to hear. Karthik tells her he hates her and leaves. Uma goes to a company for an interview and the Manager of that Company looks at her certificates and asks why she discontinued with her study. Uma says it is due to personal reasons. The manager says he cannot give her the job because she does not have a degree. Uma pleads with him saying she is well qualified and the manager tells her to wait and he will ask his boss. The boss looks at the file and tells the manager to give the file back to her and tell her they cannot employ her. Manager goes out and gives the file back and insults Uma about her Uma gets angry and fights with the manager but issent out. Uma comes out fuming. Karthik who is passing by sees her and asks what is wrong. Uma at first rudely asks why he wants to know. Karthik tells her everyone knows about her and thatUma needsto change her attitute. Dec 17 (Wed): Episode 108

Karthik is in the mottai maadi, his sister Meena goes to him and gives him coffee. Karthik asks why the sudden treatment. Meena says it is because of love and Karthik laughs. Meena says Karthik is to suspicious and says she really brought him coffee out of love. Karhik then asks her what she needs. Meena starts saying that one of her friend told her that one should marry someone who loves us and if it is right. Karthik asks who she is talking about and Meena tells her it is none other than Aishwarya. Karthik tells Meena off and does not want her to come to him with anything to do with Aishwarya and leaves angrily.

Chandra asks her uncle how did Neelambari come there at the right time and took the documents from her.Chandra also says the doctor who came back from Bombay had said that he saw Neelambari. Chandra suspects that Supni and Neelambari are somehow connected and she wants to find out how. She tells her uncle to find out from Supni and if not able to find out anything, to finish Supni off. After her uncle leaves, Chandra starts to think who came to her house - if it is really Neelambari or someone else in her guise.

Chandra is so confused and is still thinking. She asks herself why Ranjini has not come to see her after the incident. Supni comes to see her and calls her Chandrooooooooooooooo. Chandramathi tells Supni that he has no right to call her by name. Supni laughs. Chandra asks why he is there and Supni says he came there to find out who really come there and double crossed both of them. Chandra get angry but Supni tells her that there must be someone with her who is giving inside information to Neelambari. He tells her to find out. Chandra gets angry and tells Supni to get out and shouts at him. Supni laughs and leaves telling Chandra to keep shouting and leaves.

Supni meets Loganathan and Loga tells Supni that they have been cheated. He asks why Supni gave the land documents to the lady even though he had susppicions about Neela. Supni tells Loga that he is not an idiot and he knew that the lady who came there is not the real Neelambari but by giving the documents, he has spun a web to get Chandra. He tells Loga to be loyal to Neelambari and he will be rewarded. Loga says he willlisten to Supni.

The Customs chief talks to Vikram, Nithya and Pandian. The chief apologizes for not being more careful when Rekha's body was brought back. He had thought about the parent's feelings and had allowed them to take the body away without being postmortemed' Vikram tells him it is ok. Chief tells both of them to keep a lookout for any suspicious activities. Pandian tells the chief if Ranjini was there with them, it would have been really good as she is very diligent. Nithya gives an angry look at Pandian and Vikram asks if the Customs department should be closed if Ranjini is not there. Chief tells Pandian not to get agitated as they are all a team.

Chief says they should work as a team to find the culprit. Chief says Ranjini was the first one to find out about this and had given them the lead. As such, he has asked Ranjini to help and wants to know if they all agree. They unanimously agree and Vikram starts to say something but his phone rings. His receptionist tells him that the ACP has come to see him and is tol to send him in. The inspector comes in and says that the customs officers are getting in their way. Vikram says they are not in their way and department officers get into an argument. Chief finally tells the Police Officer to leave and that they will contact him when they have finished their investigation. After they leave, the chief feels bad that although both departments are doing the same job, they are behaving as enemies.

Ranjini is with Sathia. Satia tells her that it was great that Ranjini manages to pose as Neelambari and got the documents successfully. Satia tells Ranjini to be very careful. Ranjini says this is the best way to get back at Chandra, that is by using the same method Chandra used on Neelambari. THODARUM.

Chandra in her house reading newspaper. She gets a call from someone - her uncle is on the other end disguising his voice and says that Chandra us now afraid of jail and hangs up. His uncle walks out of the telephone booth and is met by Supni. Supni asks what he is doing coming out of the telephone booth. Uncle says that his cell battery dead and hence has to use the public phone. Then the cell rings and uncle says now the battery is recharged. Supni asks him is Chandra is home and he wants to see her but would not be allowed inside. Uncle tells Supni to say he had sent him and he would be allowed inside. After Supni leaves, uncle thinks to himself that he has purposely sent Supni to see Chandra now and she would surely think that it was Supni who had threatened her. Supni goes in and calls Chandra and tells her that he has got a stay order for the land and soont here would be a case against her. He gets up and leave and seeps Chandra's uncle and he pretends to whisper to him as Chandra is watching. Uncle asks Supni what he is saying but Supni says nothing and leaves. Chadnra wants to know what Supni told him but uncle says nothing and leaves. Chandra gets suspicious and wants to keep an eye on her uncle as she does not trust him.

Two girls at the hostel ask the warden they want a different room because she was a drug smuggler's wife. Uma comes there and tells them she is not married but the girls don't believe because they have seen the news in the papers. Uma explains that she did love him but did not get married. The girls are not ready to believe her and tells her they don't want to stay in the same room with her. They want to why she is staying in the hostel when she has family there. The warden tells Uma to find a different place to life as she is not able to do anything. Uma is worried and cries. Vikram and Pandian are talking about work. Chief comes there and asks Vikram if he has details of a body being sent home. Vikram tells Chief that the girl died because she fell from her boyfriend's bike and her skull was hit hard. Chief wants them to watch closely who is there to claim the body. Vikram tells the Chief that they will not do the usual procedures but watch what is being done. After chief leaves, Vikram tells Pandian no one should know they are being alert. He wants them to change into plains cloths and be alert. Meena is at home, asks her mother for thosai. Karthik too calls his mother and asks for food. Both Karthik and Meema fight for food. Mother tells Meena that Karthik has to go to work but she is going to college and she can wait, Saradha comes out and tells Meena not to argue with her brother. Meena says she is not happy with her brother's job. Karthik becomes angry and gets up but Sarada tells him to sit and eat. Meena asks why he is doing this job and what happened to his ambition of becoming a big businessman. Meena gives example about people who have started small and worked hard to become successful. Karthik just listens. Meena tells her mother to add more salt to his food. Meena tells Karthik he is telling this for his own good and wants Karthik to think about what she said and leaves. Karthik goes into thinking mode, then gets up and leaves without eating. Meena watches Karthik and hopes he will think hard about his future.

Chandra in the house still trying to figure out what went on between Supni and her uncle. Ranjini comes there and hands Chandra her resignation letter. Chandra asks why and Ranjini says that Chandra had told her that she had a sister Neelambari who died. Wanted Ranjini to act like Neelambari but now Neelambari is alive. Chandra shouts saying that Neelambari is dead and that she had burned her body. Ranjini says she believes Chandra had burnt Neelambari. Ranjini asks that she was supposed to come as Neelambari but who is the person who came before her. Ranjini continues saying the only reason Chandra is not suspecting her is because she was with her uncle. Ranjini says she will not work for Chandra as she is afraid to be dragged into courts as she wants to go back and work for the customs department. Chandra says she will not let anything happen to Ranjini and Ranjini thinks that she will not leave Chandra and will do anything for Chandra and take her to a very high level. and leaves smilling. Chandra just looks at Ranjini and asks herself if Ranjini is good or bad. She says that it all until she gets what she wants and then......................THODARUM.

Supni goes to Sangeetha's house and is met by her MIL who shouts at him. She asks him why he is there when he had never been there to see them. Supni says that she is a good woman because she had given a good DIL to him. MIL calls Sangeetha and she comes out and grees her FIL with a smile. MIL tells Sangeetha to chase the man out and supni tells Sangeetha that she may think of her MIL as her own mother but she needs to teach her to speak with respect. Supni returns the money Sangeetha had given to his son when he needed help. Sangeetha refuses the money but her MIL forces her to take it. Sangeetha asks him where he is living now and Supni says he lives at Neelambari's place which is a palace for him. He says that if he had listened to Chandramathi he would not have been poor as he is now. Sangeetha is shocked to hear Chandra's and Neela's name. Sangeetha asks if he know who Chandra is and Supni says that he knows Chandra and her mother since they were young. Sangeetha asks if he knows Chandra and Neela very well. Supni says Chandra is a crook but Neela is divine who would give her life for other and have.

Supni tells Sangeetha that his family has been working for Neela for 3 generations. He tells her that Neelambari is the only heir in her family and had tried to help Chandra who was very poor. But Chandra had betrayed Neela for her help.

Flashback...........................

Chandra tells Supni that Neela has given her the power to handle Neela's company and property. As Supni has been working for Neela for a long time, she wants him to give her all information pertaining to Neela's moving and non-moving assets. Supni wants to if it is an order and what will happen if he refuses. Chandra threatens him telling him to decide. Supni says Chandra is betraying Neela who had trusted her. He tells Chandra that she can only enjoy Neela's money and property but can never own it because even Neelambari does not know her own strength.

Supni goes to meet Neelambari as asked. Neela tells Supni when her father dies, it is his duty as administrator to inform her of where everything is. Supni says he will tell to the right person and not to one who is working for her. He tells her that he knows all about Chandra and does not want Neela to be fooled by her. Neela asks what he means. Supni says that her father and grandfather had thought him to be aware of people who are disloyal and who would do anything to destroy of their family. Supni tells Neela that he only has her well being at heart. Neela laughs and says Supni is very imaginative and is spinning a brilliant story about Chandra.

Supni asks Neela what he would benefit by spinning a tale. Neela asks if he feels insulted because Chandra had asked about her property. Supni says he did not feel insulted but felt threatened. Neela asks if he will tell her as she is the rightful heir. Supni says he can and may not. Supni wants to ask Neela something and Neela gives him permission. Supni asks if she knows that some woman had been fooled. Neela says she does. Supni tells her that the wealth she is her ancestors. Neela agrees. Supni says that Neela does not know the value of the wealth and that he has a right to take care of the property and cannot allow other to take advantage of it. He says that she would not understand why he had refused to part with the property. Supni then asks if Neela wants all the documents on the property but Neela tells him she does not want it because it is not hers. She wants to earn her own money with her own hard work and does not want to spend or enjoy her ancestors property. She tells Supni to take care of the assets and she will work to increase the property but will not spend it. Neela says thank you to Supni for showing her the right way and for him to take care of them. She will not touch any of the property and will be successful on her own. THODARUM....

Continues from yesterday..................................

Neelam tells Supni to go on taking care of her inheritance and she will not interfere with it. She does not want to touch any of those wealth and will show him that she has made it on her own. Supni is very happy saying that now he can see a different Neelambari who will fight for her self and be aware of people who try to destroy her. Supni promises Neela he will handover everything to Neela when she tells him to and takes leave.

Flashback ends......................

Sangeetha listens to this with interest. She then asks Supni why all the fight for the wealth when Neela is said to be dead and she has no heir. Supni says that Neela would definitely come back one day and destroy those who betrayed her and leaves.

Meena comes home and asks her mother for coffee but mother refuses saying Meena had hurt Karhtik's feelings. Meena says she did it to make Karthik angry and to go look for a proper job than delivvering pizza. Meena tells her mother she will apologize to Karthik when he returns. Karthik returns and goes straight to his room. Meena gets up and call her brother. Karthik goes into the kitchen and brings some sugar and puts into Meena's mounth. He tells them that he had gor a good job and it is all because of Meena's encouragement. Meena tells her mother to make paal payasam which is her favorite.

Chandra is on the phone with someone. She tells that someone that she knows how to deal with people and does not need the other person's advice and hangs up. Ranjini arrives and Chandra says she was just talking about her to someone and that person had told her that Ranjini does not like Chandra very much and she told the person to mind his own business and not to tell her what to do or how to treat others. Ranjini is surprise. Chandra says she was talking to Shekar at the office and if she and Shekar had a fight. Ranjini says no fight but a misunderstanding because she had pried open Shakar's drawer to take out the file Chandra wanted. She says that is not his personal drawer and the file she took was work related.

Chandra tells Ranjini that she would take care of Ranjini and Ranjini tells her that she too would not leave Chandra no matter what happens. While they are talking the postman comes with a registered letter. Ranjini takes the envelope and gives to Chandra. Chandra opens it and sees it is from the court ordering her to appear in court for charges of cheating in a 1000 acres case. Chandra gets angry and asks how can they send a court order when she did not received the first notice. Ranjini asks if the notice could have been sent to the office. Chandra says if it went to the office Dotty would have givento her or if she did not go to the office, she would have brought it home. Ranjini tells Chandra to wait and goes searching for the letter. Chandra asks her what she is doing. Ranjini says she is looking thru her mail to see if the letter is at home. Ranjini says if the letter came to the house, her mother would have received it and they would ask her when she returns from wherever she had gone to. Ranjini keeps looking thru the mail and find the envelope and gives to Chandra. Chandra opens it and Ranjini watches her. THODARUM.

Karthik's new boss comes to the office and asks the lady who takes care of stock to go in to his office. Once she goes in, the boss scolds her because they had not kept a proper record and that a customer, who had come for Olive Oil went back from the supermarket because the oil was not put on the racks. Karthik comes in and tells the boss that he had already asked someone to send the olive oil to their customer's hosue. The boss is very happy and tells Karthik to take care of stock and delivery. Karthik agrees and walks out and see Uma and asks her what she is doing there. Uma says she came about a job. Karthik tells her to go in. Uma goes in and tells the boss that she is there about the Job. Boss asks her if she knows anyone and Uma keeps quiet. Karthik comes in and tells his boss that he knows Uma and that she is their family friend's daughter. Boss tells Uma she is appointed and tells Karthik to show her the work. Manoj is all dressed and goes and greets his periappa, Sathia. Satia asks why he is dressed and where the bride is. Manoj says that he has checked witht he astrologer and today is an auspicious day to go see ponnu. Sathia asks who the ponnu is and Manoj says it is Ranjini.

Satia keeps quiet and Manoj asks what is wrong. Manoj tells Satia that he loves Ranjini very much. Satia says he knows because one day he had opened his closet one day and saw that he had kept everything that Ranjini had used. Satia asks Manoj to check if Ranjini loves him back. Manoj says that he loves Ranjini very much and thinks of her as his Goddess. Satis says one can only pray to Goddess and cannot marry her. Satia asks if Ranjini knows they are going to see her and Manoj says she doesn't. Satia tells Manoj to find out first and then they can go otherwise this will only make Ranjini feel bad. Manoj agrees and leaves happily.

Some ladies come meet Rajalakshmi and tell what they want in order to work with them. After two ladies come and go, the third lady, the one who helped Rajalakshmi from the thief come in is asked what her conditions are. The lady says she has no condition because it is Rajalakshmi who had asked her to come for interview. She tells Rajalakshmi that she will think of her as her own mother and do everything needed. Rajalakhsmi tells her that she feels as though she had met her before andis told about the incident. Rajalakshmi is very happy and wants to employ her. The lady at first refuses saying she does not want the job as repayment. Rajalakshmi says that it not repayment but she genuinely likes her. She asks for the lady's name and is told it is Priya. Rajalakshmi calls her brother and asks him to take Priya ot Chandra. Brother comes there and says they have chosen well and asks if Priya will adjust to everything. Priya asks what kind of adjustment and is told that everyone is diferent and she has to adjust to everyone and takes her to Chandra. Priya follows him .

Uncle goes to Chandra and introduces Priya to her. Priya starts to talk about how she helped Rajalakshmi and starts blabbering. Priya calls Chandra 'akka' but Chandra gets irritated and shouts at her. Priya falls at Chandra's feet and asks if her mother said ok. Chandra tells Priya not to come to her unless she is asked and must be addressed as Madam and not Akka. Priya says she understands. After Priya leaves, Chandra tells her uncle about the court case and that Supni is giving them alot of problems. Uncle says they cannot do anything to Supni now because everything will only point to them. Chandra is angry and comes out and sees Priya standing outside and listening. She goes to Priya and asks her what she is doing there and Priya stammers and asks if she wants some drinks. Chandra tells her to get out and asks her uncle if her mother really employed Priya who seems like a crazy idiot and uncle confirms it.

Chandra sits down thinking while Ranjini looks down at her. Uncle comes there and tells Chandra that he has seen the judge and says that the judge is a very strict and straight forward and honest person. They will not be able to bribe him. Chandra gets angry and shouts saying that no need for him to tell her as the peon at the court house would have told her. She says that the day is a black day in her life. Ranjini tells Chandra to relax but Chandra says she cannot relax. Ranjini tells Chandra that she had left all her work to be there with her and says that only she knows how one would feel when in court. Ranjini says Chandra has truth with her and she will win. Chandra tells Ranjini to go first and find out what time the court will convene and she will come later. Ranjini says ok and leaves. Uncle asks why let Ranjini go to court and what will happen if Supni tells the court that it was Ranjini who was used by Chandra as Neelambari and cheated him. Chandra says it is what she wants and will use that in a different way. Chandra tells her uncle she is willing to loose anyone to win the case. THODARUM.

Pandian goes home to a very warm welcome by his FIL, his supporters, wife and son. Wife garlands him, the supporters bring coconut and to do aarti, FIL gives him a kalasam and congratulate him. Everyone is very proud of Pandian. His son tells him that his friends call his father 'James Bond' . Pandian walks in very proudly with the BGM from Padayappa (Darrshini who was in the other room thought I was watching Padayappa!😆). When they are in, FIL tells his men to wish Pandian and after they do, asks them to leave. FIL says everyone from their home town had been calling congratulating him and he is very proud of him. His wife says everyone knows about him now and he is famous. She says due to this, she would be treated grand. FIL gives sweets to Pandian and he feeds his wife and son. FIL then invites Pandian to go for dinner at his house. Pandian tells his FIL he has something to do first and asks his wife is she had ironed his clothes and goes in.. FIL feels Pandian is has become arrogant and leaves.

Chandra's uncle is playing cards with his friends. One of his friend talk about his wife who is now very disturbed because her aunt had passed away recently. He says his wife cannot accept that her aunt is dead and thinks she is still alive and behaves the way she did when her aunt was living. Uncle listens with interest. His friend says his wife sees her aunt everywhere and talks and laughs to her non existent aunt. Uncle asks if his wife is depressed and the friend says yes. Uncle feels Chandra too is disturbed about Neelambari and that is why she feels Neela is still alive. Just then Chandra calls uncle and asks what he is doing. Uncle says he is looking for Neela with his men and will only come back once he has found her. Chandra says he should only do that because she does not trust those who are with her. Uncle tells Chandra not to talk to him llike that and he will return soon with news about Neela. Uncle comes to Chandra's house and tells Chandra that he saw Neela at Chola hotel. He says she had gone into a call taxi and he followed her but was not able to get hold of her as she escaped. Ranjini who is with Chandra asks how can that be so. How can uncle see Neela and she escape from him. Uncle gets angry and asks if Ranjini is calling him a liar. Ranjini says yes. Chandra asks how can Ranjini be so sure. Ranjini asks Chandra how can Neela be alive when Chandra had burned her with her own hands. Chandra gets angry and tells her uncle to go look for the lady who looks like Neela and tells Ranjini to leave and they will meet at the office the next day. After Ranjini leaves, uncle tells Chandra that she is giving in too much to Ranjini and that is not good. Chandra shouts at uncle saying she knows everything about his and Ranjini. She says she knows uncle has been to the club to gamble with his friends and lied to her about looking for Neela and chases him out. uncle leaves.

Pandian in his room, getting ready. His wife comes with a tray of three cups and says all the drinks are for him. Pandian is so taken in by his wife's treatment. Wife tells Pandian that all her friends are very proud of him and call him James Bond. She tells him that she read the news to all her friends and that is how they know about him. FIL comes in to see Pandian and tells him that he wants to buy a car for Pandian. He asks what kind of car he wants and the wife tells her father to to get him the car she chose. Pandian gets a call from Chandra's uncle who shouts at him for arresting the travel agency employees. He tells Pandian that the travel agency belongs to Chandra and she wants to see him immediately. Pandian gets scared.

Chandra is reading a letter. Ranjini comes there and she gives Ranjini a letter from the customs department asking her to come for some enquiry. Ranjini asks why she need to go. Chandra tells Ranjini about the employees of her travel agency who were arrested by the authorities. Ranjini asks her if the time has come for Chandra to answer all enquiries. Chandra looks at Ranjini and Ranjini tells her she must go for the enquiry as this is a matter concerning the government. And to the authorities everyone is the same. She tells Chandra that she must go and answer their enquiries. Chandra asks Ranjini how the enquiries will be and Ranjini tells her that the officers in the Customs Department are very intelligent and will surely get the truth out of anyone they question. Chandra turns towards Ranjini with a shocked look. THODARUM.
