Inspector tells shubh on the phone that his car is found near the lake. Shubh is stunned .He gets a call from the unknown man for ransom. Shubh reaches the desired spot with money but finds no one returns home to find rani killed and then inspector arrives accusing shubh that he is instrumental in aastha missing shubh behaves crest fallen.

Unknown man contacts shubh again and tells him that he has killed rani and also tells shubh that there is more to come in the meantime aastha gets conscious in the hospital and is stuuned that the staff is calling her lata instead of aastha and some yash malhotra has saved her. Unknown man swayem comes face to face with shubh but in a mask and they fight. Finally swayem keeps shubh in house arrest at gun point. And tells shubh that he is swayem thru a story shubh cant believe it.

On the other hands aastha after gaining conciousness comes out of the hospital and reaches the villa she saves shubh from the house arrest where he is tied. All this while swayem has gone to hspt to meet aastha. There is a hit and miss between him and aastha after meeting aastha shubh makes up a story to make aastha believe that swayem is the culprit on the other hand swayem comes face to face with aastha and tells her that shubh is culprit aastha is stunned.

Aastha does not believe swayem and sides shubh in the whole confrontation between the 2 brothers aastha is completely on shubh's side the confrontation gets into a fight and somehow the lights go off and a gunshot is heard when lights are back shubh is dead aastha is stunned.
