I read that Ravan seeing unconscious Laxmanji tried to lift him but

Laxmanji was so heavy (a cutest leela by lord) that Ravan failed to even shake his body... then Hanumanji came
fighted with Ravan and took Laxmanji near Ramji...
Sagars showed this war beautifully but again they missed this

imp piece of war ...

just imagine Ankit lying unconscious and Ravan lifting him forcefully
and finally failed to even shake him ...
too cool ... oh sagars please show this scene in flash back ...
sagars have option as Mandodari keep reminding Ravan all flash back scenes .....😆😆
Plz we wanna see this scene
and requesting not to omit such important scenes ...

di i think we should give feedback to Sagars via NDTV IMagine site...
tht is the only option to make them aware what they forget to add.....
instead of strching the story they should add all thse stuff which they use to skip again and again...
actually we should strt one thread feedback to NDTV IMAGINE...what do u say...where one of us will regularly update them on behalf of everone...

Yest I saw one episode n my God..it all looks like War of the aliens crossed with Independence day...of course with desi tadka of tantrik types rakshas trying to ape alexander soldiers! the special effects are average...but the best thing is that they have emphasized the importance of females in Ramayan!! Ravan instead of consulting his war strategies with his sabha is shown doing it with his "maharani" and srupnakha...Shrupnakha being the icon of the modern vamp of TV with her halters and tatooed body! she can give the komolikas a run for their money! Also, Sita mata taking active part thanks to aaj tak khabri Trijata!

That's exactly what I've always read - that it was Ravan who downed Lakshman with the Shakti. Most of the Ramayans I read were Valmiki based, and they all had that account. When I first saw the account of Indrajit being the one who used the Shakti, I was intrigued, and later on found out that that's what the Tulsidas version had.

But even with Meghnad, this was a different battle from the Nag-pash. In Tulsidas, Meghnad downs Lakshman near the start of the war, and uses the Nag pash after the killing of Kumbhakarna. In Valmiki, Meghnad uses the Nag pash at the start of the war and after the killing of Meghnad, Ravan goes to battle and uses the Shakti to down Lakshman.
