It is a flop because before they didn't count WW collections only India Nett was used for delivering verdict

India Nett Gross 14cr. Budget 7cr. How could this not be a hit? According to the old standard, a film making double of its budget in India was considered a hit.

BTW, I watched the movie last night and I don't understand why they couldn't just show Rampal with Mahima and Preity with Jimmy

I felt bad for Mahima and Jimmy in the end

Also Rekha as well, she raised daughter of her husband's EMA, I understand why things were hard for her, she lost her husband and all the good memories of her marriage and had to live with constant reminder of his betrayal

She could have easily decided not to raise her but she chose to do the right thing, I couldn't hate her

Rekha's character was flawed, if I were the writer I would have done a different story. I would have put Preity's character in adoption and then let her be reunited in adulthood. Why have Rekha torture herself and raise an illegitimate daughter?
