8th December 08 Written update

• Shubodh and Ganga are sititng in the cabin, while Shubodh is advising her on the situation!

Shubodh: ill explain to you! Jhanvi when Shekhar formed this compnay, he made clauses for all the Board members! (Ganga is looking confused! Shubodh then starts to say some things in mute, while Ganga listens intensely and is looking worried!) This decision will be very difficult Jhanvi! If you take the decision on support of Saagar, Rahul when then be out of the compnay! If u take the decision on Rahul's side, when Saagar will be out! Thats why everything is in your hands! You can either save this company orr Saagar! Jhanvi, if this company drowns then all of us will feel the effect ... but if ... Saagar is out of this ocmpany .... then his dreamz, his desires, his career, everything will be finished!! (Ganga is distrubed!)

• In the Board Room, the directors are talking about the situation! One driector says that if she takes the wrong decision it can be very detrimental to them!! another director says that where is she, she should have been there by now!
• Ganga is in her cabin, and walks towards a mini-mandir on her wall! She stands in fornt of it and folds her hands! She has flashbacks of Kaveri telling her that Saagar's maddness can ruin the business and the family and it will all be because of Ganga! Ganga also has a flashback of telling Ganga to choose the thing that is most precious to her! She thinks: Oh God! At what corner/point have i come at! What difficulty/problem is this! i have already gave my love to Kaveri didi before! God, how can i stop Saagar from taking this wrong step! But if i didnt stop Saagar then ... then he wiill get ruined! (She has tears running down her cheeks!) God, show me a way! How can i stop Saagar ahead? How?
• Kaveri is in her room with Bua! Kaveri is telling Bua how she is worried about what is happening in the office! She then says that she will ring Jhanvi! Kaveri picks up her phone, but Bua stops her! Bua tells Kaveri that why is she rining Jahnvi, she has a right on Saagar as he is her husband and she needs to learn to use that right! Bua continues to say that if she speaks to jhanvi, then Jahnvi will speak to Saagar, so its her that keeps giving Jhanvi the opportunity to come inbetween her and Saaagar! Bua then says that Saagar is her husband, so ring Saagar now!! And Bua gives the phone to Kaveri! Kaveri dials the number, the phone starts to ring in Saagar's cabin! Saagar is flicking through some files and picks up the phone! He asks Kaveri what is up! Kaveri tells Saagar that she needs to speak to him urgently! Saagar says that he is busy and cannot talk to her right now as the Board Meeting will start in little while! Kaveri says that she has rung about the Board Meeting! Saagar is shocked on the otherside! Kaveri continues to say that what ever decision Saagar makes, it should be well thought! Saagar tells her that there is no need for her to worry, he is there and Jahnvi is also there, and they will handle it! Kaveri is shocked hearing Jahnvi's name!! Saagar continues to say that he is busy right now and will talk to her later! He hangs up, while Kaveri calls out his name, trying to get his attention! Kaveri then hangs up too, and Bua starts asking what happened and what he said! Kaveri says that Saagar told her nothing and that the Board Meeting will start shortly and he and Jahnvi will handle everything! Bua starts to get angry and starts to taunt Kaveri! Bua syas that Jahnvi, Jahnvi jhanvi, who is this Jahnvi that rules in this house, rules people! Bua continues to say that Jhanvi has gone to the office now, and what will happen there will be what Jahnvi wants! Bua turns away angrily, while this leaves Kaveri worried and anxious!
• In the office, the Board members and Saagar are in the Board Room! Ganga opens the door, and Saagar sees her! They stare at each other, then Ganga walks in and goes and sits in her chair! Saagar is looking rather nervous and uncomfortable!

Director: It's good that you came, Ms Jhanvi! Your vote is really precious! Everything heavily depends on your vote!

• in the board meeting, Ganga is about to reveal her decision!

Ganga: I have made the decision as to which person my vote will favour! (Saagar looks up at Ganga!) And that name is ... (Saagar looks away, while the other directors are looking at Ganga!) ...... Mr Saagar Bhatiya! (Saagar turns his head to Ganga in shock! Ganga also looks at him! They stare at each other! While all the other board members smile!) Yes, I give my vote in suuport of Mr Saagar Bhatiya's proposal! (Saagar seems to be in shock and takes a big sigh of relief!)

• Puttan is on the phone in the corridor in the office! He is sayint to Bua that as soon as the Board Meeting finished, Saaagar and Jahnvi had their own meeting! He continues to say really close! Ganga starts to walk towards him! Puttan says that he will ring later and hangs up!

Puttan: Bhojai!

• At Mehra house, the butler asks Shakuntala to set the table, jsut then the door bell rings! The butler opens it and its Rahul! Shakuntala and Rahul look at each other with joy! Rahul walks into the house with a smile on his face! Shakuntala gets off her chair with joy, but the smile soon disappears!

Rahul: (thinks!) i have come after so many days Maa ... wont you ask, how am i?

• Geet is walking and talking to herself - she says that Rahul is come so now she can ask for an advance as who knows how many more days she has got to stay! She continues to say that anyways she doesnt work without an advance as the work may get ill-sighted! She ponders!!
• Rahul is in his room talking to someone about the termination/withdrawal from Bhaitya construction! Rahul is saying that he knows that Bhatiya constructions has withdrawn him but he wont take further action against them! He continues to say taht he knows that he has a major parts of his property in Bhatiya constructions, of which he has nothing left! Rahul says that even then he has something which he still has - belief in himself and experience! Geet is listening to all this and is getting worried/anxious! Rahul continues to say that he knows he has to start anew, in a new way and that he is ready for that! Rahul then asks the Mr Mittal about the steel industry and tells him that he is interested in that! He continues to say that he is sure that this business will bring him back! Geet is still listening to this intensly! Rahul tells Mr Mittal to come and meet him at home and hangs up! Rahul ponders on his seat! Geet is at the door and wonders what will happen to her money!
• She walks over to him and starts to say that he got terminated from Bhatiya construction and that his business has ended! She continues to yell saying what will he do now, Saagar Bhatiya is doing all this and you are watching it quitely! She continues to say that why doesnt he take any steps against him! Rahul doesnt seem affected by this, and is still in some thought! Geet continues to say that God knows why you want the goood of someone who only ahs one goal, to ruin you! She yells to Rahul if he can hear her, he doesnt reply, so she touches him on the chair! He comes out of his trance! Rahul is surprised to see her there, Geet then starts to say that oh lord, se has been standing here for so long! She continues to tell him that he should do something against Saaagr! Rahul interrupts and stops her and says that she wont understand! He gets up from his chair and tells Geet that he suggests that she dont get worried! He says that its rather late, she shoudl go and ssleep! Geet starts to shout and says that she is going, and anywyas who wants to stay with him! Geet goes and Rahul walks around! He says: You have already tolerated so much Saagar! And now for myself, due to the hatred i wont let you or Jahnvi tolerate any more pain! Abolsoutely not!
• Ganga and Saagar are in the car - arguing!! (i thought they sorted this out - but obviously not!)

Saagar: Try to understand Ganga! The person that has given you so much pain, whatever punishment he gets is too less! You can say what you want ... i wont spare Rahul! i hate him!

• Puttan and Bua arre in their room and are scheming for Ganga's slap! Bua is swearing at Ganga syaing that what right did she have to raise her hand, and that she wont spare her, and even God wont be able to save her now! Bua says that she will take Puttan's revenge! Puttan says yes, we will take revenge, definately, but this time the pay back for the slap wont be by a slap! Bua pulls a face and Puttan continues to say that he will slap Jhanvi is such a way that the wound wont be seen, but its sound will be heard for life! He strokes his cheek and says that she slapped him really ahrd! Bua goes over to him and tells him that she is there and she will handle everything! Puttan says that no he aint getting worried, but Jhanvi will be worried! He says this with a scheming face, while Bua says that what is he planning! Puttan's seirous face is shown, and it ends on his serious scheming face!
