writers portray characters as unintelligent

I totally, absolutely adore hindi serials but my greatest issue with them is that the writers seem to portray the characters as non-intelligent ppl and it pisses me off. Even tho not intelligent...atleast there is something known as 'common sense'. Today's episode.......Varun.....Nahar's supposedly best friend bluntly advised him to his face that he should kill himself because he's dying🤢 and Nahar on the other hand saw absolutely nofin wrong with the idea, didnt wonder how his so-called best friend can say such a fing and even agreed to do it. Common guys is this normal or is it just me?????

I would confess that I was totally pissed today.

Since the start of this storyline with Nahar they have demoralize Nahar's character. From a strong character he went to a cry baby and now a coward.

You are right, the way one charac (Nah) trusts the other (Var) without any basis is ridiculous. Var was adamant that Nah take his medicine that itself invites suspicion and to goad a person to death is barbaric. The writers to be hit hard on their heads.

We all feel exactly the same way. Creatives don't maintain balance. Either they show the main leads to be super heroes with extreme intelligence or sometimes totally brainless idiots.
