Romance, marriage, love, in short relationships aren't about the huge, over-whelming, one -off gestures. But rather, small, everyday, kind, considered and thoughtful acts.
Now we know how much YuRa like to thank each other, and are constantly being over-polite! But there are 1001 different ways of saying thanks as opposed to just 'saying' thanks, and an equal number of ways to say I love you, instead of just uttering 'I loveyou' (Rani are you listening?) All of them go towards making a relationship more fulfilling, exciting, rewarding and loving.
So Yudi enough of placing your hands on Rani's shoulder. She's your wife, not your pal!
And Rani don't just hold onto his sleeve next time you wanna comfort him!
1. Words aren't always necssary to convey your thoughts. So Yudi, next time you want to tell Rani how much you love her, or want to say thank you etc, I suggest you put an arm around her waist and place a kiss on her forehead. She'll understand perfectly what you mean. Leave the shoulder holding to the rugby players in their changing rooms!!
2. Rani why don't you try writing a love letter? Or even just a little note to tell him how much you love him and what he means to you, seeing as you seem to have such trouble expressing yourself. But I swear I'll hunt you down with a gun if you start your letter with 'Amma kehthe hai"!!!
3. Yudi perhaps you could place an unexpected phone call to Rani in your hotel room, just to say "I love you." This would be a sweet and romantic gesture. Just make sure your darling wife hasn't fallen asleep again!
4. How about picking a single flower from your garden, flowerpot, or florist? Yudi can present it to Rani or put in her hair when they're out walking. Or Rani (if the girl can ever pluck up the courage) can pick one and place it on his pillow.
5. Rani what was the need to learn the recipe for moong ki halwa from amma, if you're not going to use it? Get into that damn hotel kitchen and do your stuff woman!
6. For Gods sakes Rani, has amma never told you that you won't die if you hold your husbands hands, or hug him??? She seems to have told you everything else!! (And you won't become pregnant either. Trust me. You need to get to second base for that to happen, and you haven't even made it to first base yet!!)
