Rajalakshmi meets her brother and tells him about Rengasamy, the servant who had found out about theme and informed the boss. Also about the houseowner telling Neela's father about Chandra buying the house. Rajalakshmi's brother wants to kill Rengasamy who has gone back to his hometown. Brother then asks about Neela's father and is told that he is still in the same condition. He then asks about Neela's wedding. Rajalakshmi says that the wedding is still not cancelled and not sure when it will take place. Brother says the wedding must be stopped. He says if the groom is a smart guy they will be in trouble. He asks his sister to tell him about the groom. Rajalakshmi tells him the name and her brother says it is enough and leaves. Rajalakshmi's brother goes to a market and sees Rengasamy buying vegatables. He walks towards him and stabs him. Rengasamy falls down and some passersby take him to the hospitals. Neela is with her father and and Satia. Neela's father is crying and looks at Satia. Satia says he understands what the boss wants. He tells Neela that her father wants her to geet married imemdiately. Neela says it is not possible as her father is ill. Satia tells Neela to talk to Rajkumar and explain to him the situation adn he will definitely agree. Neela finally agree and they go in and tell her father the good news.

Neela meets Rajkumar and tells him about getting married immediately. Rajkumar asks why the hurry because her father is ill. Neela is very happy to hear Rajkumar asking to postpone the wedding. Neela tells him that it is very important to get married immediately so that her father can see their wedding. She tells him she loves him for that but still wants the weedding to get married the next day. Rajkumar tries to tell her about him but Neela tells him not to think anymore but to agree to the wedding.

Chandra tells her gang about how she played the innocent to Neela and foiled Satia's plan in getting her out. She tells her gang that she will make Neela chase Satia out. Chandra's uncle tells them about Rajkumar being a car thief and Rajalakshmi is very happy and wnts Chandra to tell Neela immediately. Chandra tells her not to tell Neela yet because she has a plan that will get Satia out and leaves. Rajalakshmi's brother tells her that Satia's wife goes to the temple every day. He wants sister to go to the temple with him and they should talk bad about Neela and Satia, so that Mrs. Satia will hear. The she will quarell with the huisband and take him away from Neela. Rajalakshmi is very happy with this plan and praises her brother.

Rajkumar talks to his friend and wants to go away. He says Neela should get a better person than him. He tells his friend that Neela told him that she loves him. He says e felt happy and sad at the same time. He says he wanted to postpone the wedding using her father as the excuse but that has made them closer instead. Rajkumar wants to tell Neela about himself. Chandra arrives and asks if he remembers her and says she is Neela's friend, Chandra. He tells Rajkumar to come to the house the next day as everything has been arranged. Chandra then asks to speak with Rajkumar alone. Chandra asks why he looks shocked. She says that Rajkumar is very lucky to marry Neelambari and says she is lucky. Chandra then asks when Rajkumar is going to kill Neela. Rajkumar is very shocked. Chandra tells him that she know all about him. She continues saying Neela does not know about him but she does and that for her Neela's wealth is more important than Neela. She says when Rajkumar marries Neela he will become very rich. She wants a 50% share of the wealth and asks if he like the deal. THODARUM.

SORRY FOR THE DELAY.........................WENT TO SLEEP EARLY AS I WAS TIRED AND JUST GOT TO SEE THE EPISODE.

Chandra wants Raj to kill Neela. She says when Neela is dead he will be very rich and both can share 50-50 of her wealth. She asks if Raj agrees to this plan. Raj says he accepts and Chandra is very happy to hear this. She says if he did not agree, should would have told the truth about him to Neela an then he would be in jail. Raj says he is not stupid and he is doing this for the wealth. He then asks Chandra how she knows about him but Chandra refuses to answer and leaves.

Chandra goes to Neela's bedridden father and asks him if he is afraid to see her. She tells him not to be afraid as she will not kill him now. She tells him she is there to tell him something and tells him that Neela and Raj would have been wedded at the Registrar's office and gives him rice to bless the couple. Chandra says he is not able to see his daughter get married and it is because of her. Sha also tells him that Raj is a car thief and not a businessman as they think. She tells him that is the truth. She laughs and says that Neela has married Raj without knowing hte truth. Chandra says she knows about it and did not tell Neela because she wants Neela's wealth. She tells Neela's father that she will threaten Raj that she will expose him if he does not kill Neela. When Neela is dead, he too will die of the shock. The wealth then will go to Raj and then she will get it. Chandra laughs saying no use he getting angry as he cannot tell Neela anuthing. Neela's father just lies there. Chandra says it is enough that he had lived a rich man for 50 years and Neela for 25 years. Now she wants to live as a rich women.

Neela and Raj arrive. Neela asks for her father's blessing and falls at his feet. Chandra smiles and takes his hand and puts the rice on the couple's head. Neela cries and gets up. Father looks at the daughter with tears in his eyes. Raj and Neela are in their room and Raj tells her not to worry. Chandra comes there and asks why they are so dull. She tells them she will take care of her father and wants Neela and Raj to go on a 10 day trip on their honeymoon. Raj tells Neela they should not go because of their father's condition. Chandra says is is noble of Raj to say that but tells Neela that they should go for their father's sake. Neela says she can't because of the situation thre. Chandra tells Neela she will take care of her father and Satia will take care of the office. Neela finally agrees to go. Chandra meets Raj and tells him she wants them to go on their honeymoon not because she wants them to be happy but for herself to be happy. She wants Raj to return alone. Chandra tells Raj he has 10 days to think of a plan to kill Neela and if he gets caught, she will help him out. But if Neela returns with him on the 11th day, no one can save Raj. Raj promises to do as he says. Chandra tells him not to act smart because she will then have take severe action and leaves. Raj thinks.

Neela and Raj on their honeymoon and Neela looks ver happy.Raj sits at a table in an outdoor restaurant and practice how to tell Neela about him. He wants to tells Neela the truth and feels that she will forgive him. Neela arrives and asks why he is talking to himself. She asks what Raj say to her because he sounded serious. Raj tells her he is a thief. Neela says yes he is because he stole her heart. Raj tells Neela to listen but Neela says she knows what he wants to say because the past four days, he has been saying he likes everything she does. Raj tries to tell her but just then some people at the restaurant beat up a man who is accused of stealing. Both Raj and Neela watch. Then Neela says the man should be ashamed of himself to rob others. She says thieves should be shot dead as it is not enough to put them in jail. She says it is better to starve then to steal from others. Raj looks dumdfounded. Neela asks Raj what he wanted to tell her as it sounded serious. THODARUM.

Continued from yesterday. Neela asks Raj what he had to tell her. Raja asks for Thairu vadai and Neela is surprised at his request and laughs. Raj is happy that he made his wife laugh. Rajalakshmi and her brother at the temple and when they see Satia's wife, Sumathi arrive, start to talk about Satia and Neela. Rajalakshimi tells her brother that Satia has no shame and moves too closely with Neela. She is afraid that he might make his move on her own daughter, Chandra. Her brother too talks bad about Satia and Neela. Rajalakshmi then tells her brother to talk softly as other people may hear them. Her brother take leave and Rajalakhsmi sits outside the temple. Sumathi walks by and a flower from her basket falls down. Rajalakshmi tells Sumathi she had dropped a flower. Sumathi tells her she will be careful and leaves.

Satia asks his wife why she had asked him to come back immediately as he had to leave his work halfway. Sumathi tells her husband to resign immediately and go away with her. Satia tells her he will resign if it is a job, but he is doing a service to Neela and her family and he will never stop doing that. Sumathi tells Satia how peole are talking bad about his relationship with Neela and it is her duty as a wife to put a stop to that. Satia says people will talk no matter what because no one can live according to what others like, It is enough that they know they are not doing anything wrong themselves and they should not worry about what others door think and tells his wife to forget about him resigning because he would rather die and leaves her.

Chandra in her room thinking. Her mother comes in and says that Chandra had relied on Raj to take care of Neela but nothing has happened so far and 7 days has already passed. She feels Chandra had been hasty in telling her plans to Raj. She is afraid that Raj may have betrayed them. Chandra tells her mother not to worry because both she and Raj know about Neela. She tells her mother that the minute Neela knows about Raj, he will be in jail, so Raj would never reveal their plans. Her mother says ok and tells Chandra to go to sleep.

Raj and Neela take a walk. Raj asks Neela if she trusts him and would believe him. Neela says of course. Raj then tells Neela that Chandra is not a good person and continues to tell her (all muted language). After listening to Raj, Neela wants to go back and take care of Chandra and leaves.

Neela arrives at her house and calls out for Chandra. When Chandra comes out, Neela shouts at her and asks her how she can betray her when she and her father had done so much for her and treated her as her own family. She tells Chandra that she knows everything about Chandra now and her plan to kill her. She pulls Chandra and throws Chandra out. Chandra wakes up screaming. Her mother runs to her and asks what happened and Chandra says she she had a bad dream. She then tells her mother they have to do something themselves. When her mother asks what she wants to do, Chandra tell her mother they need to bring Neela and Raj back immediately and the only way is by murdering Neela's father. Both the evil ladies walk into the room and see Neela's father fast asleep. Chandra closed the door and picks up a pillow. THODARUM.

Continued from yesterday. Rajalakshmi holds Krishnamoorthy's legs while Chandra smothers him with the pillow. The poor man dies after a few minutes. Both mother and daughter make sure he is dead and leave. Neela cries by her father's photo with Raj, Chandra and Satia looking on. Satia tells Neela not to cry. He says her father was a good man, a good boss and father and friend and was well respected. Neela tells Satia that he father did not love her, that is why he left her alone. Raj tells his wife that he will try to take care of her as her father did. Chandra too joins in, saying she is very sorry and feels responsible for Neela not being near her father during his last minutes. Neela tells her not to worry.

A lawyer enters and says that Neela's father had written a will. Satia is surprised because he is the family lawyer. The other lawyer reads the will. In his will, Krishnamoorthy had left everything to his daughter Neela and 25 crores to his adopted son, Satia. Satia now understands why his boss did not tell him about the will. Satia goes to Krishnamoorty's photo and cries that he is bounded by love and nothing else. He also says he does not want anything.

A man named Rajkumar meets Satia and wants Satia to fight a case for him. Satia tells him that he is now handling some other case and does not do any litigation work. The man tries to talk Satia into accepting his case but is refused. The man gives a visiting card to Satia and Satia is very shocked to see that the card is the same as the one given by Neela's husband Rajkumar. He asks the man if the company belongs to him nad the man, Rajkumar says yes and leaves. Satia thinks about Rajkumar's (Neela's husband) servant telling him he has been working for 3 years for Rajkumar. Satia then meets his friend and asks him about Rajkumar. The friend tells Satia that Rajkumar is an orphan and is a self made millionaire.

Rajalakshmi's brother meets her and tells her he has done everything they had told him to and asks what both mother and daughter are doing for him. Sister asks what brother wants. Brother tells he wants Chandra as his wife. Rajalakshmi is shocked but tells her brother she will think about it. Brother says ok but decision should be in his favor and leaves. Rajalakshmi tells herself she will teach her brother a lesson and walks off.

Neela meets Satia alone and seeing him in tears, cries. Neela is surprised to see Satia in tears and asks what happened. Satia apologizes to Neela and tells her that he is sorry to have destroyed her life. Satia says he is not a good person and Neela is shocked. THODARUM.

Continues from yesterday. Satia tells Neela that he had made a huge mistake and it all due to a mistaken identity. He only found out about it when the actual Rajkumar came to see him about a case. He says it was because of the name. He again apologizes to Neela for destroying her life. Neela thinks back her first meeting with Rajkumar and the subsequent meeting with him at the restaurant when she lost her ring. Neela gets very angry and tells Satia to file for divorce ans she will not live with a thief. She wants to go home and chase him out and leaves. After she leaves, Satia thinks about his promise to Neela's father that he will always take care of Neela no matter what.

Chandra talks to Rajkumar about Neela. Rajkumar tells Chandra that it is not easy to commit a murder and wants more time. Chandra laughs and says that it only took her 2 minutes to kill Neela's father and she is a woman. Rajkumar is shocked and says he thought Krishnamoorthy died of natural causes. Chandra explains that she wanted both Neela and Rajkumar to return immediately because she was afraid that Rajkumar might try to cheat her and hence killed Neela's father so that they will come back and she can keep an eye on them. Rajkumar says Chandra is not a woman but......Chandra stops him saysing that she is giving him 48 hours to kill Neela otherwise she will expose him. Rajkumar gets angry and tells her he will not do any harm to Neela as she is his wife and he loves her dearly. Chandra laughs and says if Neela find out about the truth, he would be put in jail but Rajkumar is not bothered and instead gives her the 48 hours to get lost. Chandra gets hold of Rajkumar's shirt and shouts at him. Rajkumar tells her to take her hands off and both struggle. Neela comes at the time when during the struggle, the sleeve of Chandra's blouse tears. Both Chandra and Raj see Neela. Chandra immediately goes to Neela crying saying that Raj tries to molest her. Neela gets angry and shouts at Rajkumar saying he is a cheat, fraud and many other names. Chandra just smiles. Neela finally tells Rajkumar to get out of her life. Ray tries to speak with her but Neela isnot ready to listen. Rajkumar leaves and Chandra goes to Neela and cries some more.

Rajkumar is all alone and thinks about his days with Neela and cries. His friends comes there and Rajkumar tells him about Neela throwing him out. He tells his friend that he is afraid that something might happen to her because of Chandra. His friend asks him to see and try to speak with Neela or someone else who can be trusted. Rajkumar says Satia is the only trusted person who will give his life for Neela. Raj's friend asks him to go speak with Satia and tells him about the whole thing and warn him that Neela's life is in danger.

Neela in the front yard thinking. Satia comes there and asks her what sheintends to do. Neela wants Satia to go ahead in applying for divorce as she will not leave with a person like Rajkumar who is a cheat and fraud. She tells Satia she would have thrown Raj into jail but did not do so because of her father and the family name. Satia tells that right now Neela is very confused and any decision made in confusion or distress would not be good. He suggests that she goes somewhere on holiday alone to clear her mind and when she comes back, they can decide what to do. Neela refuses at first but after Satia convinces that he will take care of matters at home, she agrees and tells Satia to make the travel arrangements and goes inside. THODARUM.

Rajkumar looks for Neela and calls out her name. Someone stabs Rajkumar and he falls down. Neela arrives at the house, knocks the door and calls for Raj. The door opens and Neela walks in calling for him. She goes in and looks around worried. She calls again and walks along the corridor and is shocked to see blood on the wall. She touches it andlooks around and sees blood all over, looks down and sees a knife with blood stain, She picks it up and looks at it and throws it on the floor. She walks further and finds Raj's cloth with blood stains and she picks it up and calls for Raj again but no answer. Neela looks for him again and not finding him inside, walks out and cries Raj's name. Neela is in the house thinking about what happened to Raj and wonders if someone had murdered him, She feels that she may have misunderstood Raj. She thinks about the blood and starts screaming.

Satia comes running when he hears Neela screaming, followed by Chandra. Satia asks what is wrong and Neela cries. The police arrive and want to arrest Neela. Satia asks why but the police asks who he is. The police inspector tells Satia that they are arresting Neela for murdering her husband Rajkumar. Everyone is shocked. Satia asks if they have a warrant and the police show it to him and want to take Neela away. Chandra then tells the police that she is the one murdered Raj and not Neela. The police tell Chandra to be quiet and handcuff Neela. Satia tells Neela not to worry as he will take care of matters. Chandra just looks at them. Neela refuses to go with the police but Satia tells her to go and he will be there to bail her out Chandra is very happy to see Neela go.

End of flashback ..........................

Satia tells Ranjini not to cry. He tells her that he tried his best to to bring Neela out but was unable to. Ranjini is furious after hearing this and starts to think. Satia tells Ranjini that Neela was very strict but soft hearted and had always wanted to help others. He tells that Chandra had planned everything just because she wanted all Neela's wealth. Satia says he left his profession as a lawyer for 27 years and only came out when he saw Ranjini's photo and news in the papers. He does not want Ranjini to go back to work because he wants her to avenge her mother. He tells Ranjini it is her duty to make her mother's dream come true. He wants Ranjini to take revenge on Chandra and asks her to promise he will do it. Ranjini promises Satia she will make Chandra lose everything she took from Neela. Ranjini promises to make Chandra regret she ever laid eyes on her. Saying this Ranjini dries her eyes and walks out.

Meena and Karthik are arranging furniture in the house. Their mother comes out and asks where Ranjini is and wants Ranjini to come and do the honors in lighting the lamp before the auspicious time passes. Rajagopal tells them that Ranjini had shamed the family and they are waiting for Ranjini to do the honors. He says he had paid the advance for rent and not Ranjini. Karthik tells his father to be quiet and not talk bad about his sister. Meena and her mother tells Rajagopal that Ranjini is their savior and they would even die for her, so her hsuband better keep quiet. Ranjini quietly listens to this talk at the door. THODARUM

Contnued from yesterday. Saradha tells her husband he has no right to speak ill of Ranjini. She tells her husband that they love Ranjini very much and they are nothing without her. Ranjini enter and everyone is happy. Karthik asks why she switched off her cell and Meena tells how worried they were because they had thought Ranjini had gone somewhere because of her suspension. Rajagopal starts his nonsense saying that without him Ranjini would have been an orphan and that only he had paid the advance for the house. Karthik scolds his father but Ranjni tell him their father is right as without him she is indeed an orphan. Saradha tells Ranjini not to speak like that and asks her to go wash up so that they can do the prayers. Ranjini goes in and cries.

Chandra calls her uncle in Singapore and asks him to return immediately or she will send her goods after him. After speaking with him, Chandra tells her brother that they should build the IT complex soon because that is where the money is. Her brother reminds her about some land and Chandra tells him to call Supni and Selvam does, but a man named Loga answers and tells Chandra to come and see him because she is hte one who needs to see Supni not the other way around. He tells her that she is not a queen that they have to run to her the minute she calls and disconnects. Chandra gets mad and shouts that she has met and done away with many men like him and says he will be there to see him.

Meena is on the phone talking to one of her college mates and tells the person she will argue for the biological mother. Sangeetha comes in and asks what Meena is talking about and is told that Meena is in a debate that is to talk about the love of a biological mother and a foster mother. Meena asks Sangeetha for her opinion. Ranjini comes out and welcomes Sangeetha and goes in to bring coffee. In answering Meena's question, Sangeetha gives the example of Krishna, who was brought up by Devaki because his parents were thrown into jail by his uncle Kamsan. She tells that Krishna had to kill Kamsan to avenge his parents but he also took good care of his mother who brought him up. Meena again asks whose love is greater and Sangeetha asks her which eye does Meena like most and Meena says both. Sangeetha says she had given a good answer and that Meena will win the debate. Meena thanks her and goes in. Meena takes Sangeetha to the mootai maade to talk.

Ranjini tells Sangeetha everything that she found out. Sangeetha is shocked but tells Ranjini that she should take actions to bring Chandramathi down. She also tells Ranjini to eeverything that her mother wanted to do for the unfortunate. Sangeetha promises Ranjini that she will be with her all the way. She also tells Ranjini to make sure no harm come to her Rajagopal and his family. She tells Ranjini to immediately take actions in fighting Chandra. THODARUM.

Saradha brings coffee for her useless husband Rajagopal who is reading newspaper. He takes the coffee and scolds her because it is hot and put it down on the table. He asks if Ranjini has any idea of going to work. Saradha says she is looking for a good job and when she gets a job she will go and if not so be it. She is happy that Ranjini has been acquitted and that is most important. Saradha tells her husband that Ranjini has only been suspended not fired by the Customs department and she will go back when the suspension is over. Rajagopal says that it is not going to happen. Satia comes and is welcomed by Saradha and asks him to sit down. Saradha thanks Sathia for getting her daughter Ranjini acquitted and says that he has helped her when no one came forward to help them. Rajagopal tells his wife to stop praising Satia and asks Satia why he did that because he had destroyed Ranjini and his family. He says that now he has to take care of her. Satia tells her that Rajagopal is talking like an idiot. Rajagopal asks what he means and Satia says that Ranjini is capable in taking care of a thousand families but Rajagopal tells him that Ranjini does not even have a place to stay if she goes out of his house. Saradha too tells her husband to keep quiet. Ranjini enters and greets Satia and asks her mother if she has given him anything to drink. Rajagopal then says that who is Rajagopal that they should treat him well. Ranjini tells her father to stop talking nonsense. Rajagopal then talks bad about the relationship between Satia and Ranjini. He asks Ranjini if she is having an affair with Satia. Stia gets angry and holds him by the collar and scolds Rajagopal. Rajagopal says he is Ranjini's father and he has the right to say anything to his daughter and Satia has no rights to say anything. Ranjini tells Rajagopal, she has to go with Satia as she has something important to do but he tells her no and if she is his daughter she will listen to him. Ranjini tells Satia to leave and that she will see him later. Satia leaves and Rajagopal thanks Ranjini saying he is glad that Ranjini still respects him as her father. He then asks his wife to make him some soup as she is tired because of all the talking he did.

Satia pacing his garden and talking to himself and venting his anger. Ranjini goes to him and apologizes for Rajagopal's behavior. Satia asks who is he that she need to apologize. Ranjini says that she is sorry that she cannot go against her father. She says although her father does not earn anything for them or take care of them, but he is their support in a way. She says she can just leave them saying they are not her family but that would be very ungrateful. And if she does that, the sin would be greater that what Chandramathi had done to her family. Satia tells her to stop and takes her upstairs. He takes her into a room and says that she is talking about her family that is not hers and opens a closet and shows three pictures. Neela's parents (garlanded), and Neela's (not garlanded). He tells Ranjini that this isher family not the one she is living with. She says Neela may not had brought her up but if she di not give birth to her, she would not be living with Rajagopal and his wife as their daughter, He then gives a necklace and locket. The locket holds Neela's and Raj's photos. Satia says as long as Ranjini has the necklace, she will remember the wrongs done to her parents. Ranjini then asks Satia if she can call him 'Uncle'. Satia says that Neela always called him Satia Anna and he is happy that Ranjini will call him uncle because now the lost relationship will be bonded again. Ranjini asks Satia to promise not to tell her family anything about her at anytime or circumstances. Satia says that he will not because it is more important that Chandra does not find out that Ranjini is Neela's daughter because, she will kill everyone in her family.

Sangeetha returns and throws her bag on the sofa. Her MIL asks who she is angry with. Sangeetha says she had gone to Uma's college and pleaded that uma be accepted back into the college but was rejected. Sangeetha is worried what would happen to Uma. Uma comes out and asks who asked Sangeetha to go to the college and plead her case. Uma says maybe Sangeetha went to show that she is the world'sbest mother. She tells her mother that she knows how to take care of her self and does not need anyone. Sangeetha asks what she knows. All she knows is to lie that she is pregnant, fall in love with a criminal and pretend to be a widow when he is dead. She only knows how to hurt those who truly loves her. She says she had gone to court to take revenge on Ranjini but failed because thruth prevailed. Sangeetha says uma cannot even find a job in this town because everyone knows about her. Uma asks why should she go to work because the house is her father's and she has a share. She wants her mother to sell the house and give her share to her and that money is enough for her to lead her life. Sangeetha says that will bever happen as long as she is alive and Uma says she will do what ever it takes and leaves. MIL tells Sangeethat not to aggravate Uma. Sangeetha tells her MIL to talk sense into her grand daughter because she is trying to send them to the streets in their old age.

Ranjini is in the mottai maadi looking at her parent's pictures. She talks to their pictures and cries that it is believed that after 40 days of birth, a child will recognize the mother but she, only sees her mother's face after 27 years. Ranjini asks her mother's blessing to take revenge on those who separated them. THODARUM.
