Okay first let me start off and say, I was not expecting the movie to be so bad. I mean if you look at it from the cinematography then the movie was so awesome...I loved all the camera angles and the close up. Also, I missed my home state so much when I watched it, I mean the scenery seemed seemed so like what Eastern Washington is like! However, those did not make up for the missing acting skill. In Robert's defense I wil say that the expectation was so high and that American English is not his thing, but come on, those lines sounded so stinking akward. I like Kristen's acting....it was okay comparitively. My favorite would have to be the actor who played Charlie, even though he was younger and hotter (except the mustache) than I expected, I just loved his acting. Also Alice's, though that might have been cause her hair is so freaking awesome! I would recommend it, but I have to say, I hope the actors act better in the next movie!
6/10

I'll post a longer review later (edit this post).
But all I have to say is the movie was wonderful. Nothing can beat the book, in my perspective. The movie was a great wrap-up of the novel, even though in the end it left you wanting for more. I thought overall it was good. The pace may have been quicker however, you enjoyed every bit of robert as edward and even kristen did a good job. I do wish we saw more of the cullens though, 😔 but next movie will hopefully be better!
My score would be- 8/10 😊 It was wonderful! All twilght fans do watch!

i agree with aambika!! rob should have stuck with his accent, it would have gone better, and some of the scenes involving him were very poor....but nonetheless the movie was awesome. like i said more for the second half of the movie and less for the first half...
as always

Just came back from the theatres, and here are my thoughts:
The beginning was very well done, all the scenes were superb. Especially how the Cullens were introduced. Haha.. I was laughing like a CRAZY person when Jessica was talking about Jasper "The guy that looks like he's in pain." Hahahhahahaa.. I still laugh 'till this very day!
And when Edward came.. OMG Rob is PERFECT! He is Edward. The way he pulled it all off, mindblowing! I fell in love!
And I really liked how Victoria,James, and Laurent were given more screen space, they all had a lot of potential!
The meadow scene was perfect =)
I loved it when Edward introduced Bella to his family, haha Emmett cooking!
Rosalie: Are you sure she's Italian?
Emmet: Her name is Bella!
That was choo chweet! All the Cullens were perfect! Esme is just WOW!
I loved it all, I dont want to spoil everything..
But I didnt like Kristen as Bella.. at all! Sorry, just my POV. Taylor as Jacob was brilliant! Especially at the end when he comes and explains to Bella that Billy payed him! hahah
All in all, it was pretty good. They did skip some of my most favourite scenes though.. like the hospital scene where Edward kisses Bella and her heart beat increases!

^haha..I agree with the Dialogues!
Umm, I felt the movie was better then I had expected(mainly because I practically had no hope for book to movie especialy after what HP5)..anywhoo, I was satisfied..and I loved how the ended the movie, all the stuff from the book was in there, but the whole Victoria still on the loose thing just made you thirsty for more! I was SOOO impressed with the guy playing Billy, because in the books, I couldn't care less for him, but in the movie..it felt like he actually had a role! and ZOMG!, Carlisle!..I soo did not expect him to be so cute in the 'guy that looks like he's lived in cali all his life and has a fake pale' sort of way! And also, I never really liked how they chose Kristen for Bella, because in the trailers, her voice kind of annoyed me, but then in the movie, it fit in better than you'd think. I never would have guessed that Carlisle's name was pronounced Car-lie-al, because I thought is was Car-lease-ul and other people said it was Car-liss(like in bliss)-ul. I adored Kellan, Jackson and Taylor!..hehe..soo in love with Emm! Ooooh, and I LOVED the baseball..in the books, i thought it was kinda dumb..but in the movie, it was the coolest thing!
I think the best changes from the book to the movie were :
Jessica : That's Alice, she with Jasper, the one that always looks like he's in pain!
Edward : I had an adrenaline rush, its very common, you can google it
And then the 2 sec dream Bella had about her on a couch and edward ready to bite her, both wear super sexy clothing..
Rose : Is she even Italien Emmett : Her name is Bella!
Edward(when he's telling Bella what people are thinking about) : sex, money, sex, money, sex, money.....CAT!
And when Bella tells the Cullens she ate already and Rosalie smashes the salad bowl, Emmett rolled his eyes and sighed..its was frikking pricless!
Edward : Hold on tight spidermonkey!
Renee(When Bella and Renee are one the phone and Bella tells her she want to stay and she asks if its because of a boy and then Edward shows up outta no where and Bella cuts the phone while Renee is screaming) : Are you being safe!
And, I dunno if I'm the only one who realised this, but the one time, when they were at the diner, the woman in purple sitting by the counter was Stephenie Meyer!..I'm pretty sure..I might have to go watch it again to confirm..but I'm almost positive it was her!

i didn't like it. the movie was completely different from the book. there was no emotion or goosebumps in the first half. it went so fast and skipped so many scences. Alice was suppose to be a bigger character and there were very few scences with her but showed more or rosalie.
the cast was good. besides rob. i thought kristen represents the perfect bella. her looks, paleness, attitue, is what the book described as bella. but i thought rob looked really bad in some scences. like he had this paniced expression alot of the times. esp when they left from port angels. edward is supposed to be this god like gorgeous man who is calm and has this crooked smile. where the hell was the crooked smile? sorry guys but rob did a poor job respresenting edward. chemistry was so-so.

I watched it and I really love it!But I say that the book is way better than the movie because the book has more details and chapters and in the movie, they skiped a lot of chapters(scene) and changed it.
