I was on a break from my Study Schedule, and watching Sony and caught a new A-K Promo....this time, it's the Sagaai/Engagement Promo and it's very cute. This is how the promo goes...........
The scene opens with shots of the Agnikund and the Shubh Kalash, as in the last one with the voiceover saying ," Is saal ki sabse badi shaadi mein aapka swaagat hai."
Angad is looking hot as usual dressed in a mauve/purple shirt and a Black Suit . Kripa is looking absolutely beautiful in a Saree ( was in light pastel shades and pink, if I remember correctly) and chic jewellery. They both are standing close, facing each-other with scorn and irritated smug faces. Angad holds Kripa's hand and slips an engagement ring on her finger. The Voiceover says, " Thoda pyaar hai, thodi nafrat, thoda ikraar hai....pata nahiin, in dono ke sar par ye kaisa junoon sawaar hai."
Kripa struggles her hand free and Angad looks at her in his signature Angadian style....
ANGAD(cool and smug:" Kripa, abhi to sirf ungali mein angoothi pehnaai hai.....Shaadi ho jaane do, saari zindagi tumhe ungliyon par nachaaonga."
KRIPA( Attitude Loaded):" Sagaai ki angoothi pehnaai hai, mangalsutra nahiin.....ungliyon par nachaana humein bhi aata hai, Angad."
Then, there are shots of both of them behaving like India-China cross-border warriors......Angad is smug and glaring while Kripa is sulking and glaring. A very good use of video inserts here, especially when they show Kripa's snobbish face at one side of the frame and two inserts of Angad's eyes and smug jawline on the other side of the frame.
The Promo ends with both Angad-Kripa holding each-other's hand in a belligerent manner and the voiceover saying ," Shaadi ke shubh Mandap mein ye kaisi takraar hai, sab ki zubaan par ek hi sawaal hai, aakhir, Kaisa Yeh Pyar Hai."
Even here, they have used Neha's original voice and it sounds sweet and matches fine with IQ's fabulous voice.It doesn't sound odd at all.
