Bipasha Basu has been suggesting that being as sexy as she is works to her disadvantage: "I am bored of being looked upon as just hot. Not that I don't like it. It's a compliment but people somehow associate all my roles with the word sexy! If I play a teacher I am sexy teacher, sexy cop, sexy housewife. I can't help it. I am not trying to get rid of my image but it's just that no matter what I do, these adjectives just don't leave me!" She says she is longing to be offered roles that rely on inner characterisation.

The hot Bengali actress has had a good year with movies such as Race and Bachna na Haseeno and has more movies lined up with Pankh, Freeze, Mr Fraud and the Bengali movie Shob Charitro Kalponik.

One movie that may finally call upon the depth of her acting skills is Rahul Dholakia's Lamha, which will analyse the situation in Kashmir. Bipasha will be portraying Dukhtaran-e-Millat (Daughters of the Nation) chair Asiya Andrabi. Shooting for the controversial film has already run into difficulty and has been stopped twice - once at a college and once by fruit traders who were concerned that the film might show Kashmiris in a bad light. In fact, the script shows the opposite - seeking to illustrate how the institutionalised conflict has led to deplorable incidents on both sides, and to poverty and unemployment through restrictions to the local economy.

No such thing as TOO SEXY. But yes, I do regret that she's stereotyped in roles like Race and D2. She's a really good actress and should be given some roles with substance too. Not that I don't like her in masala movies... :P

Firstly that film seems interesting hope all problems sorted..as for what she said shes a good actor can see why shes annoyed.
