The yshow riddhima exitting thelift behind abhi and saying we'll never forgive you.. then they show dr. kirti walking in the corridor and joining her hands.. ridz hugs her n both are crying.. cut to parking lot.. interns see off dr. kirti.. armaan says hume sanjeevani ko bachana hoga.. aur dr. shashank aur dr. kirti ko unke positions lautane honge.. then they all keep their hands one on top of the other (precap)
