Arjuna received Gandiva from Lord Varun. Gandiva was also used by Indra.

Karna received Vijaya from Parshuram. it was lord shiva's bow and he gave it to Parshuram.

no idea about who gave Sarangna to krishna

my vote goes for Vijaya....because it was a bow of supreme god Shiva.....shiva's belongies are higher than the objects from another god.

Vijaya was more powerful than Gandiva. i have already researched..there was one site. saying Vijaya was superior to Gandiva because vijaya was lord shiva's bow.
