Balika Vadhu - Written update - 10/21

Although late, I am posting a short update since I didn't find any :

Scene continues at the temple, where the priest urges Champa to run and Anandi and Phooli to hide. Just as they do, the villagers come by in a big group with lathis. Anandi's father comes along too. Seeing this, the sarpanch is very happy. He thinks Anandi's father is there to help the villagers kill Champa, but in truth he is there to look for Anandi. Long story short, the 2 girls hide and watch the happenings. The priest is tortured to reveal where Champa is, but he doesn't. He is beaten by the Sarpanch, and all the while, the kids are watching in horror. After the villagers leave, Anandi's father finds Anandi's payal at the temple and fears that Anandi was there earlier.
On returning home, Anandi's parents scold her a lot for helping Champa. Anandi is too disturbed by what she witnessed
Jagya is planning on sending a letter to Anandi but doesn't know her address. Suguna tries to help him
In the morning, Sarpanch comes to Anandi's house with some prasad for her in-laws. He also wishes to meet Anandi. Anandi refuses to come near him saying he is a very bad man
