What movie is this?

Does anyone know the name of the movie whose storyline goes something like this : guy dies, another one gets the heart. He goes to say thank you to the family for the heart, but he then changes his mind and looks into the window and spots the widowed wife. He falls in love with her. She eventually falls in love with him, or so he thinks (!) and it then goes on further to the movie that her husband cheated on her with her best friend.

I've never heard of that story. Sorry.
