This scene... *sigh* I'm such a sucker for guys who act this way with their moms...😳 I love how his mom exasperatedly says "sab teri tarah nahi hote Mayank.... So gayi hogi bechaari...." like she's fully given up on him.... And the "baal" moment was the best.... Maybe later we can have a scene where Nupur messes his hair and he doesn't mind too much? 😳😳😳 Cliched? Sure, but effective anyway! 😉 Aww....Nupur messes up his hair???😳😆 See now that's my kind of cliche too!😉😆 I'd love to watch that! And I am also TOTALLY a sucker for guys who act that way with their Moms....tooooo cute! I think understated, yet natural affection is a rare thing to be shown on Indian TV...it's usually too OTT....so loved this scene more cuz of that.
Regarding mum knowing before Mayank that he's in love.... Yeh toh hona hi haii....! He looks like a slightly thick headed kind who won't really understand it right away and mom will need to hammer it in... I liked the scene in JTYJN when Jai cries after coming home from the party.... I would love to see something like tht with Mayank... 😳[Or is Mayank too tough and strong not to cry, and will shed only a few silent, manly tears? 😕] Anyway, I'm a sucker for the "I finally realize I love her and I've lost her already *weep weep weep*" scenario.. Sadist me! 😈😈😈 Jhatka nahi lagega toh kaise samajh payega??? 😉 I also LOVED that scene in JTYJN yaar!!! It was so brilliantly done!👏👏.....and I think it would be awesome if they showed it in MJHT! I'm sure Mayank would do full justice to it!! And I especially agree with your last line.....Jhatka toh lagna hi chahiya!! That's when you truly realize the value of something.....ditto for Nupur😉😆
I liked the S/G scenes for a change... Normally, Samrat's corny dialogues make me fwd the scene.Ditto!!😆😆😆....the dialogues are wayyy too cheesy usually....but they were understated and more natural this time, so I really liked it!.. But this one was a good scene for a change.... Though wth was with him looking back at her more than looking in front....?? It would have been ok if he looked back at her maybe 2 - 3 times.... But he practically spent the whole ride looking like his head was screwed on backwards at some amazingly awkward angle. Idiotic boys and their tomfoolery. Didn't like tht bit at all. Like you said, cliched, too long drawn, and the turning around every 5 nanoseconds was annoying. 🤢 ROFL!! He DID do that a lot, didn't he?😆😆😆.....See that's where it got too cliche and put me off....I was enjoying their interaction before that which was quite sweet.....I'm still unable to understand the point of playing Khuda Jaane for so long during that ride.....I think they should've had instrumental music of some kind there or more talking b/w them....I would've liked that. The scene in the end when he drops her off at her house was good again with his dialogue about taking her for a long drive😆😆....they should stick to that version of Samrat more in my personal opinion....
4) Uday's dialogue: "Meri life ki keemat ek phone call jitni hai"🤣🤣🤣 and then later, "Chalo SMS se toh zyada hai"🤣🤣🤣 The very first time Uday managed to make me laugh this much😆😆
Uday really does have A FEW good dialogues. But the few that there are, are priceless! 😆 I like the emphasis on the FEW😆😆....Totally agree!! There are very FEW good dialogues period....and Uday rarely gets them....this was an awesome one for a change!😆😆
