Hey Guys,

The General Discussion Dev Team today is asking for your opinions.

We value our members and believe that our members are the most important thing. If members are not happy then there is no thriving sections.

We are currently thinking about having a MERGER with Sports Section.

This is as it will solve quite a few issues, to name a few:

More Members, more participation, more fun😉

However me and Gk_09 have currently proposed this and it has been accepted by the Dev Team of Both Sports and Cricket.

BUT

We do respect and Value our members...so if we want to know what our members feel about this IF it did go ahead.

NOTE: It has only been thought about, we have not asked the Admins to go ahead or anything as we wish to know what our members feel.

If i am very honest, it should not affect the Members at all, as its just Cricket and Sports together so you can discuss EVERYTHING. You will not lose anything but simply gain.

If there is considerable opposition then we will re-think this, but waiting to hear your opinions.

Feel Free to drop any other suggestions here that you would like to see happen relating to the Cricket Section to improve it.

Indeed.

I've always told the mod for Sports Section to think about asking to get Sports section and Cricket section become one section. Since both are about sports anyway.

It would be a lot better for both sections that way. I've always hoped that these two sections become one. So def. I'm with you lot.😊

It's a brilliant idea ye.😊

I would prefer to have Cricket Forum separate like this, 'Coz I get this feeling that if this forum comes under Sports section,then it will all be congusted,
And the freedom that members get to discuss about cricket freely here will be more or less lost.

Regarding the point of having more contests and activity,i see your point there.To an extent not many members visit Cricket section often.Mod's do have a trouble in keeping it lively.I can understand it.

I am with you in any decision that you may take! I know whatever be the desicion be,it will be for the Best!

I had posted my opinion in the Sports section..so me pasting my opinion here as well...

Yes I do think..the sports section n the cricket section should merge..as in Cricket section thr are sum members..who are active thr..bt in Sports section..thr r hardly a few members who r active here..so I do think..we should merge both the sections together..

I agree wid dakoo minzy there... I, too would prefer to have this separate cricket section...coz here we can discuss even the smallest of things about cricket which I think would be lost if it is merged wid the Sports section..And since there'll be topics about other sports as well...so it'd b difficult for us (esp. a cricket fanatic like me) to find topics about cricket there..and there r chances that we'd miss many of them...lost among other sports topics..

I like it better as a separate section... but then again, I am with u ppl whatever decision u make..

I woudln't actually mind if there is a merge. Although I do like having a seperate cricket section, perhaps it would be for the best in general if the merge does happen.

Either way, I will be happy 😊
