cum on its quite obvious as the creatives need 2 still let armaan and riddhima tell their relationship 2 dr shashank (which i still believe dr nikita will help them out with!)

either rahul, riddhima or dr nikita will pick up the flowers b4 muskaan can able 2 c armaans name.

I think Nikita will pick up the card but will not be able to see the name, maybe Riddhima or Rahul will take it away frm her. I think she will come to know abt AR when Armaan comes back.

i m so sure tht Nikita is gonna see the card n the name given on that...but she'll pretend that she hasn't seen anything..n therefore she will tell about the AR relation later!

yeha thts wat i was thinging too... i think nikita will se e it cuz like she already suspects sumthing but she will not tell rids ne thing adn she will pretend like she doesnt know ....
