sorry but Gauri is not gonna have more than 3 kids. Either as luv predicted one of the boys may be harmed and Gauri has HIM as her and Sam's child.

Or

if both the boys are harmed then she will have twins ( again) every child in Ekta serial which goes comes back , in KS and KZK the child - children came back so that the other child gets the bone marrow transplant operation done to save from cancer. Thats Y Bani had twins again to have Atharv and Krishna back in their life. Here since Shanti is there it will not go that similar so Gauri will have the lost child or children ( God forbid it lost ) now.

Or

While trying to save the boys with Prateek, she gets harmed and loses Sam's child, she and Prateek decide not to tell Sam ( not to upset him ) And that evils make him beleive that Gauri aborted the child as it was hers and Prateek or something else to make him more angry.

Anyway guys whatever happens TRUTH will be out and that Kamya and her mom will be exposed before Sam now or later,. Wait for his reaction ? What will he say to Gauri ? What will he say to Prateek ?
