Sonam Kapoor is not at all concerned that her second movie Dilli 6 will not be appearing until early next year – over a year since her debut in Saawariya. "I have just started my career and I think it's absolutely all right if I am doing my second film in a years' time. So what if my contemporaries have done a film before me?" she asks.

Sonam, who is a graduate in Economics, refuses now to talk about Ranbir Kapoor, having moved on from their relationship. "He already has a girlfriend and I wouldn't want to interfere between the two," she says. "Ranbir has always been a very good friend of mine and we have never stopped talking."

Sonam, who is dressed only in a salwar kameez for Dilli 6, recently turned down an offer from a big production house because the role involve nudity and a lovemaking scene on screen. "I don't want to do anything that embarrasses my parents," she explained. "My dad (Anil Kapoor) has a reputation in the industry and I don't want to spoil it." However, she insists that she is no prude and is happy in glamour roles – she just doesn't equate nudity with glamour.

Do u think whatever Sonam is doing is right for her career or not????????????????

Wow....I am proud of her decision. well if you think about it vidya Balan does not reveal too much and is doing good.. I really do not think nudity helps anyone in long run....II guess it might be benefical to some in short run....but definilty not in long run...

Sonam is a well-brought up girl. I think that Anil Kapoor has done a fantastic job!

What exactly do people consider nudity? I don't think there will ever come a time when people are actually nude onscreen in a Bollywood movie. THAT is nudity. And I don't know any of our actresses that has done that.

I think Sonam is missing the point. It isn't about *spacing* your releases, it's about actually having something to release. Look at Dilli 6 now it's been the pipeline for a year or so now? Considering she hasn't even signed any new movies, by the time she signs one, it goes into pre-production, production and then post-production, another year and likely more would have passed.

Anyway whatever. It's her career to do with as she sees fit. I was genuinely looking forward to seeing her onscreen but the more time that passes, the less I'm interested in her.
