The actress was able to attend the course as she was on an extended break from work. "If you're working in a TV show, then it's not possible to take ten days off from shooting," says Moulli. Apart from that, she also got the chance to do things she really wanted to do but couldn't because of lack of time. "I'm trained in kathak but had lost touch with it, so I got myself a guru and relearnt it. Then I learnt jazz, did theatre and also acted in a short film," she reveals. Moulli says that she had been wanting to take a break since a long time and felt that this was the right time. "Also I think the audience needed a break from me," she laughs.
But ask her if she wasn't apprehensive about being 'out of sight, out mind' and she replies, "That's what my friends warned me but I'm a very headstrong person. But touchwood, people still remember me and keep asking me when I'm coming back. I think we're insecure as actors but thankfully for me, nothing like that happened," she says. The actress will be soon be seen in a special appearance in the show Aathvan Vachan. "I found the track interesting which shows my bond with my mentally challenged sister," she adds. So is she ready for more roles now on the small screen? "It depends on the role. End of the day, I'm here to act, whether on TV, theatre or films," she signs off.
