Just an observation, Asma can't really sing compared to everyone else SHE WAS SAFE, and Mitika had to go out!
Secondly why doesn't anyone correct this girl to get her genders RIGHT WHEN REFFERING TO HERSELF.
SHE MAY THINK SHE ITS CUTE AND FUNNY BUT DON'T INSULT OUR LANGUAGE LIKE THIS.
IF SHE SAYS SHE DOEN'T REALLY KNOW IT THEN WHAT IS SHE DOING IN A HINDI MUSIC SHOW?
I AM PRETTY SURE SOMEONE MUST HAVE TOLD HER ABOUT THAT BY NOW, BUT SHE IS JUST MILKING THIS WHOLE ACT OF NOT KNOWING HINDI, ACTING ALL INNOCENT AND CUTE BUT THERE IS MORE TO HER THAN MEETS THE EYE.
AND THE INNOCENT PEOPLE OF OUR COUNTRY ARE BUYING THIS.
THE JUDGES OFTEN COMPLAIN ON THE CONTESTANTS PRONUNCIATION, WHY SUCH A SPECIAL TREATMENT FOR HER?
JUST MY OBSERVATION.

Asma should never have come back with Brahmastra. I simply cannot believe voters are so dumb that they cannot understand that she is not a good singer and a complete misfit in a competition at this level. Frankly, I don't believe that she indeed got the necessary votes to stay in the competition. All this SMS stuff is an eyewash. Who's there to verify which contestant got how many votes? Are the SMSs verified by a truely independent 3rd party?
I strongly believe that Asma's wealthy father has dealings with Zee TV and has been influencial in her survival in the competition.
When it is so OBVIOUS that Asma is a mediocre singer, it is really sad that she's been allowed to trample some of the much more deserving contestents.
The mentors who haul up other contestants for minor mistakes go ga-ga at Asma's dismal singing. Is there something more than what meets the eye?

Asma is an arabic language singer. Its not that she does not know singing. I liked her singing very much plus an added bonus of entertainment which other contestants does not have.
People should realise that any business is there to make money. How they going to do that by giving the public what they want. If public is voting for Asma then zee will give them Asma. Regarding Mitika if ppl wants her to stay then they should voted for her.
How can the poster thinks that Asma's father is wealthy. Even he is wealthy zee us 100 times more wealthy than him, If this is so there is no question they are making deal or bribe them. It is rediculous statement.
To the original poster, I would like to say that writing a post in capital letter considers as shouting in email ettiquette. I hope you do not get warning from the moderators. You seems biased with Asma. Otherwise you will not indulge in unhealthy criticism.

Zee wants to tap the rich oil money in the Middle East , so I guess they have some game plan behind it. Fortunately they selected a sweet and cute Actress , who wants Imran to be her lead actor.
It is sad that some good singers had to be sacrificed but I am sure Zee has plan "B" to bring some of them back again.

Summerji as I said in my previous post, Zee is there to make money whatever it work to do that. I do not know how popular zee is in a small country like Oman. I think that only the small Indian community who works in Oman watch Zee. I doubt if too many arabs watch srgmp and bother to voter for it too. They are famous for being lazy ( easy money makes a person lazy).
I do not know that she is an actress before SRGMP. As far as I remember she says she is offered to work in an arabic film. If Asma is an actress then it can be understandable of her mimicry and acting stuff. The reality shows are not the same. The name is talent hunt but there is nothing but to generate(by all means) revenue even if it has to sacrifice the good talent.

Agreed that Zee has commercial reasons.
By keeping Asma in there are several people who are happy. Not just the people from Oman, but also those from Saudi Arabia etc would be pretty pleased too. She is also popular with the local Indian viewers. Same reason that they should also reserve a few places for singers from other countries too, who should be there at least up to top 10. The foreigners are generally disadvantaged when it comes to public voting so I expect Zee to have a hand in some of the votes ( at least during the early stages).
SRGMP belongs to Zee and they have been running it for many years. Over the years they have introduced many changes to cater to the taste and requirements of the market at large. I am sure they know their business better.

It seems like her accent in earlier episodes was original and funny, but in the last episode (Sept 27), it felt like it is planned and scripted. Specially her using male gender for herself (for how long will they milk it?) and Munda (instead of munna) bhai mbbs.
If Zee wants to make money, I have no problem, but they should not lie and say it as a reality show or even a musical competition. They may call it a soap opera/drama/a non reality show/ comedy circus/ just Circus/ variety show/ Fun with Himesh and Aadesh etc etc
