Well he knows from his side that he has told the family he is going away to bring Prachi back... if they have assumed he is dead seeing some other body.. it's their misfortune.

On the other hand, Prachi left without any msg.. and then there was a bomb blast too in the train she was travelling.. she also knew that Milind knew she was in that train.

But Milind might not have known Neev saw someone who looked like him or himself meeting with an accident.
