"Prem and Heer are one." Prem announced in 18^th June episode.

"I cannot live without you Prem..not even for one second," Heer told Prem in 7^th July episode.

"Heer could not live without me, then how can she die without me?" Prem in 23^rd July. "She won't be at peace without me in heaven and I won't be alive without her here. So, I will have to leave with her. It's the only way."

"We will never separate now..never," Prem told Heer in 28^th July episode.

Time and again, this show has shown us this amazing love between Prem and Heer. If one is sad, the other knows it and is saddened in turn. If one is crying, the other gets tears in their eyes by themselves. Such is the bond, the karmic connection between these two. Such are real soul-mates.

Kis Desh Mein Hain Mera Dil has always been a unique show. For the past 6 months, it has constantly surprised us with its creativity. We the viewers of the show are sending our heartfelt request for the creatives and for Ekta Ma'am to please BRING BACK Prem(Harshad Chopda) in the show and remain true to this creativity. We the fans of this show have always celebrated it for being refreshingly different from the other BT serials. Please, please, please BRING BACK Prem because Prem and Heer together are the true USP of this show that keeps us hooked to it. Harshad and Additi's amazing chemistry is what keeps us glued to the show.

Such connection and pure true love has never been depicted on Indian television ever before and this is what earns Kis Desh a place in top ten shows in the TRP charts time and again. We the loyal viewers have already stopped watching the show and have also instructed our close ones, friends and relatives to quit watching the show until and unless PREM COMES BACK! And you can already see the effect, KDMHMD has slid to 8th rank from it's long standing 2nd. Soon it will not be even in Top 20 if Prem is not brought back. That is a fact.

Ekta Kapoor is one of the first who popularised (in a big way) the dramatic family dramas in India. There were fewer channels then, fewer production houses. She was a leader in a way. But ten years down the line, her production house have shows that have looked boringly the same for some time now -- same background music, same camera tricks, same multiple marriages, multiple deaths, multiple re-entries.

This story has been different in strange ways and we have loved it. It continues to surprise us and we all make sure the media focus and the TRPs are high for this show. If this is to be a story of "immortal love", then we have to stay with the same people who started it and have them finish it also. Not new incarnations. Not new faces. Maybe it's not a story that is going to last sixteen years, but will wrap up the end of the year. As long as we remember it forever and compare every new show, every new hero, every new heroine against it, you will have got "immortality".

Sure it might be a challenge NOT to use the same old used and tried story lines to keep this story "immortal". But let's face it: KZK - if it had been running today - would have the same TRPs as what KGGK or KSBKBT gets -- somewhere DOWN the TRP-chart unlike this show. This show deserves to have the same surprises that have kept us glued to it. It deserves a much better editing team. It deserves it's script-writers to feel fresh and happy about the show. This show has a great team -- does it make sense to break up such a tightly knit and happily working group? (Maybe it deserves to get a new creative head? Or is my understanding correct? the creative head is the guy who gets paid a HUGE salary just to be the mouth to says stupid things that people can focus on, and dislike instead of Ms. Kapoor? What a terrible job specification!)

You have a golden chance with this one -- surprise us, don't kill prem and keep us hooked anyway. It's actually quite simple - keep prem-heer whole and at the center. Everything else that revolves around them we will watch just for them. Part of the solution (of course) is not change Harshad Chopda as Prem. You may think he's the golden goose to get to lay golden eggs (sorry, Harshad - I don't mean that you are a female bird literally, of course.) -- but using him to spark off excitement for other shows shouldn't mean killing this one.

Good luck with understanding your business, good luck with the choices you make. Because today is not the same cozy world it was at the start of the tv-business. We'll be waiting to see if you still have leader material in you.

this show has attained all this popularity.....mainly....coz of premeer.....ie harshad aditi.......it will loose trp's if harshad leaves at this point.......when da show is fighting to sustain it's no.2 positon!!! it might rise on day he dies....but later on......many viewers will give up eventually!!!! purely my views!!!

plz dont change harshad/prem. since the start of the serial.. they have been saying premeer are one born for each other and crap thatuparwaale ne ek duje ke liye banaya and stuff and now they r gonna bump prem off... r u kidding me . y do they always contradict their sayings in the serials. The whole serial is abt prem and heer then how can they bump prem off come on. and no one can do justice to prems role other than Harshad.
