Aryan: Bigg Boss was big mistake
Aryan Vaid, who contested Bigg Boss's first season believes that whatever happens on BB is just a magnification of mundane and ordinary happenings inside the house. Aryan spoke to us about his experiences and the current show.
"I have always made the wrong moves in my career and now I have begun thinking about it and realizing it," Aryan said, "honestly I told every one to think of the poor, innocent 14 people locked in a house. They are just being human inside the house," he explained, "if we are talking they (the show) will use different angles and close ups of us and will give it greater impact. Perhaps that is one bad moment for that person."
He said that the first season was much wilder than the current one. "This year I think there is less controversy; during our time we were naive," he said, "personally I think our season was full of masala because of Rakhi and Ravi. I have not seen the show regularly this year. I heard that Rahul (Mahajan) is the central character this time. But I still feel that our season had lots of games and plans and drama."
He said he had a problem with reality shows in general and that it was, in his mind, often the case that those with merit did not win.
"It happens in reality shows you know. It is always like this that those who deserve to win it never win and those who work hard get defeated," he said, adding that he didn't believe this to be the case for all shows. "I am not saying all shows are scripted but yes most of the time they show what they want to show and not what is actually happening on the show."
