Such questions need to be asked in the new members Introduction topics as this is the Health and Fitness Section.

Though, there is no restriction to the amount of posts you can post, but there is a certain number of posts you can make in an hour in order to stop spamming.

I am just wondering.....what are the best things to do get earn abs.....i accidently got into a bet with my firend and we both are fighting like crazy wondering who is going good one

Can anyone help me find ways to get them?

eat healthier cut out oods which are high in fat. eg crisps chocolates., exercise roughly bt 30 mins an day, and do not starve urself as these lead to many health problems hope i helped 😃
