Not so sure about preity,i always liked her acting, and she's also reli pretty and justifies all her roles...but i kinda agree about sushmita, shilpa and Urmila...i never liked thr acting as much as the others, (except sushmita in mai hoon na)..

Priety i definetly disagree with !! just because you are not giving hit after hit does not mean you have to leave you watch she will be back with more hits.

Amisha still has a long way to go i feel since she has a lot of potential to show..

Preity should NOT be on the retirement list lol. She has many interesting projects lined up and still has that star value. I still think she lights the screen with her dimpled smile hee hee!

As for the others, all I can say is that they all need a boost in their careers. Urmila and Sush are both very talented but their careers are not progressing. Urmila has done some noteworthy roles but of late there hasn't been much to appreciate from her. Sush has made some wrong film choices and probably paid the price of experimenting.

Ameesha had a promising start but fizzled out after that. I really wonder if she will ever have a successful filmi career. And Shilpa hasn't really made a huge impact in Bollywood. She gave a sincere performance in Phir milenge but other than that there isn't much to write home about.

There is so much competiton in the industry now, I wonder how many of these heroines will be able to reach the top. But the exception is Preity....she still has it in her.

heheh zee Mohali is a small city just beside Chandigarh , in IPL series Punjab's Kings XI team is also being called moahli team ( that Priety owns with ness)

I don't think these people should retire, they all need a good script is all.... They're still young and still can do very well with their career, at least from my point of view.

Thank you!! I couldn't agree more. More than any of these females, I feel some of the males need to retire or at least play roles that are better befitting of their age.

I vehemently disagree about Priety needing to retire. Her performance in the Last Lear was amazing and the upcoming Heaven on Earth looks promising. Commercial success and big banners do not define an actor/actress. Take Rani Mukherjee for instance. She's been working with big banners for a while now but her performance has been below par and repetitive.

Sush and amisha should retire. I think shilpa's sister should quit because she can't act, but shilpa was really good in metro. sush is on the down low and is paying more attention towards her daughter, like kajol and karishma, but amisha never knew how to act.
