24 hours after Delhi was rocked by a serial blast, Harman Baweja was on a flight from Mumbai to Delhi to shoot for his film, Its my life, directed by Anees Bazme. Sunday night, as his car sped from the airport to his plush five star hotel, Harman's only observation was, "I salute the people of Delhi. We talk of the undying spirit of Mumbai, but the resilience of Delhites took me by surprise."
Delhi limped back to normalcy in a few hours and Harman's unit had no difficulty in shooting for the film from Monday. "Until the first shot had been filmed, people were a bit uncertain. But once the shoot progressed, everybody got into their groove like a well oiled machine."
Fortunately for the crew, the shoot was in a secure area, some miles away from the city, in a farmhouse. However, Harman and his film unit will be shooting in various locales of Delhi for the next three weeks. Keeping him company is Genelia, Nana Patekar and tv actress Panchi Bora.
