It seems as if Payal has got her skin stretched and lips plumped into a pout. I don't mean any disrespect cos every one seems to be doing it- just wanted to know if anyone else noticed it or is it my imagination.

The only "improvement" after the "plastic surgery" has been that instead of pout, her mouth now looks the exact copy of Donald Duck's mouth!
