i think if they divert so much,they can be sued,it is possible

As they already received permission to take BLF, they can't be sued. However, if they wish to divert, they have to negociate with the BLF makers.

This is only according to my knowledge of the law from my courses, I won't gurantee that it's exactly the case.

well even if they are !!!!!! this is india dear where court decisions take a very loooooooooooooooooooong time !!!!!! and within the judgement is passed I dont think so anyone will remember jassi !!!!!!
