A portion of the film was also shot at the Golden Temple.


Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi marks Aditya Chopra's third directorial venture, after Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (1995) and Mohabatein (2000). DDLJ, starring SRK and Kajol, is still running in Mumbai's Maratha Mandir, ever since its release.
