Sonali Bendre ...a judge??

i think II always have a non music director/singer jugde in the past, there was farah khan, and javed aktar, so i guess is ok to have her

Javed ji btw was a lyricist, and Farah Khan is a film director so she for one is very involoved in music direction and also she can pick up the good singers for her films (not that this actually happens but atleast in concept)

what is Sonali bringing in, its just stupid in my opinion. I know Alisha wasn't a gem of a judge but she atleast is a singer herself so she has the ability (though she didn't show it on the show very often) to judge.

Sonali Bendre is just an actor she is not knowing anything about singing. The Indian Idol is everything related to singing not performing or not appearence. So instead of her they could have any one of the thousand music directors and singers.
