Vasu is confusing me!

I am getting very confused about Vasu's behavior... she keeps on complaing that Sadi is stealing Aalekh and Ranvir away from her but she has to know that isn't true! Aalekh has hated Vasu even before he married Sadi, why would she expect any less after the wedding? As for Ranvir, Sadi has never mentioned Ragni again and Vasu already knows how Ranvir feels about Ragni, so why is she so paranoid? She never seemed one to be so obsessive about her kids, yet here she is so vulnerable. I thought she was more independent and self-reliant than that. What's going on with you Vasu?
