It should only be filmy... No non-filmy songs allowed.. The hindi filmi songs selected should be based on some folk song..

Asuming that the eliminated cadidate can post here, I had a query, I was preparing a song for a week, Its a sufi song by Kailash Khere and from a Private album. What do I do Pls suggest

I just read, we are supposed to prepare Kishor Kumar Song.

I would also like to make this request to mods. Can the wildcard round be without a theme? That way all contestants can sing songs that are of their forte and not be limited to the songs of legendary singers lataji and kishore da. It would allow all contestants to give their personal best for the wildcard regardless of their genres.

I understand if you cannot do so and we will oblige accordingly to your suggestion. It's just a proposal. 😊

One of my contestants, MiniRulz does not wish to continue in the contest any further and hence will not be participating in the wild card round as well.

Nik and Megha - Its impossible to change the theme now.. We wanted contestants to know the themes before in hand and this is the very reason why the themes were posted when this particular contest began infact way before the contest began..

So, really sorry.. We cannot change the theme of this round..

Am posting on behalf of evilseye of my gharana who just got eliminated in the previous round. She will be participating in this wild card round and wishes everyone all the best

An Important Announcement:

This is to inform all the mentors, contestants and audience of IF SRGMP that due to certain reasons, we cannot continue with Megha25 as the mentor of Bandish Gharana. The contestants of the gharana will be taken care of by the Co-Ordinating committee until we get a new mentor for the gharana.. All the contestants whoever is participating in Wild card from Bandish gharana are requested get in touch with either me or Barnalidi for comments and feedback...

Yes they are personal reasons. But I'm sure Anu Di will do a great job mentoring.
