I agree with Yas here. Ayesha had no misconception that Milsi harboured any feelings for her. She knew very well that he did not. She may have been willing herself to believe otherwise but she knew everything was lost. Even if Milsi behaved with her harshly she still would have done everything that she did since she had lost her marbles. I think having lost to Prachi is what irked Ayesha more than having lost Milsi. Whatever be the circumstances under which she died, one cannot change the fact that she had sold her soul all for that stupid revenge plan of hers which got her nowhere. In fact it only served to bring Michi together. So I guess I would have to thank Ayesha for giving us Michi.

Agreed, but in her screwed up brain, A believed that M loved P ONLY because SHE left him for Neev. She could never reconcile with the fact that her stupid revenge saga drove away the one man who loved her and the one man she wholeheartedly trusted!

It was unthinkable for A that M was truly in love with P! Instead, A was convinced that M fell for P only because he had no choice but to be with his wife since SHE left him; she couldn't ever admit that M fell for P ONLY because P was indeed M's choice!!!!! A chose to be delusional about M's feelings for her, and therefore could never let him go!

MP weren't each other's consolation prizes (just because they couldn't be with their childhood loves). They came together only because they genuinely wanted each other, but A found it unimaginable that the guy who was most definitely attracted to her six months ago could suddenly and very easily forget his past, and fall for P (who, to make matters worse, was her 'most hated' enemy!)
