Is SRK the most unpopular star in the industry?

Shah Rukh Khan

There was a time when Shah Rukh Khan [Images] was Mr Popularity, and getting stars to make appearances in his film -- like Om Shanti Om [Images] -- was just a phone call away.

But things seem to have changed today.

Salman Khan [Images] admitted to the media that he was no longer friends with SRK, and a patch-up could not happen. Earlier, Aamir had mentioned in his blog about a dog named Shahrukh [Images].

And even though SRK [Images] attributes his cold war with the Bachchans to media speculation, it's a known fact that things are not hunky-dory between them.

So we couldn't help but wonder if Shah Rukh Khan, one of the biggest Bollywood stars, is in fact, the most unpopular star in the film industry.

I think alot of it is down to media also some things that are a joke get stretched out i definetly do not think srks unpopular..look at oso if people did not like him why would so many stars turn up and give up their time for a song.

Just because Salman and Amitabh share cold vibes with SRK doesn't make him unpopular. They aren't the only stars in this industry. And for all we know, Amir blog probably was just a joke between the two.

He is popular or not......who cares...SRK is not the only star in bollywood.

There are many others who are great......And its between Salman and SRk ....well Salman said about SRK and his personality..which says lot....

Not really, it doesn't say much coming from a personality like Salman's....what with the drunk driving, hunting animals, etc. And anyway, all Salman's said is that they don't have the same values. How do we know Salman's values are better than SRK's?

the imp thing is that he is not popular but infact V POPULAR among the viewers

Look I don;t know either one of them personally....

If Salman is drunkard and GF beating person then SRk is "I am the world and it satrs with me and ends with me" kind.

I prasie the actors who mind their own business and do their jobs and not comment on totehrs which these both do......

Salman said something that make sense....

....it is made out that the fight happened becasue SRk refused a cameo in Salman's fil...and I for one do noot believe that ans thats what Slman said that these are rumours spread by SRK - chamchas or friends......

But do we have proof? Does Salman have proof? How would Salman know for sure that it's SRk who's spreading these rumours? The fact that Salman "assumed" such a thing in media is a lowblow on Salman's part. It could very well be the media that's bashing Salman and not SRK, yet everything is always blamed on SRK. Just like the threatening SMSes that Akshay was getting, or the rumours that SRK wanted to kill Raakesh Roshan for introducing KNPH. It's all just funny to me that everyone just assumes it's SRK.
