how does kavya know shlok is his half-bro

I have watched every single KA episode, and Kavya knowing that Shlok was his half-bro was never established.

I really don't think so; unless you can point me to the specific episode.

Nitya only told Kavya that he was Pallavi and Mayank's son. She never went on to tell him that Shlok was her son. Even Shlok and Anjali never told him this.

All of a sudden, Kavya knows that Shlok was born to Mayank and Nitya and given to Vanschita to raise.

C'mon.

i think he found out about shlok a couple of episodes b4 the ka big nite...so around 13/14th june 😆 😆

Nitya tells him that shes not his real mother and that Shlok is his half-brother,also she tells Kavya the whole story why that happened long time back 😊 But Kavya didnt care he still worshiped her as his god 😡

well the old shlok says hes gonnna tell kavy averything tonite then during the day mitya goes to see kavya and tells hime evrything

Anjali and Shlok said 2 Nitya that they will tell Kavya the truth that she isnt his real mother and she got scared so she went and told Kavya herself but in a different way by shedding crocodile tears and saying that she loves him like her own son.Kavya said that it dosent matter 2 him.
