He was at his HM, he comes back to India and appears at a jail for bail. Who told him that interns and senior doctors were at that particular jail and not at their respective homes.

Oh God....LOL now that is a million dollar question !

All I can think is maybe Riddhima left an answer phone message on Anji's phone & by the time Anji heard it, her dad was back so she told him, therefore he went...hmm...dunno...no clueee

actually, police officers are supposed to inform some one (relative / parent) of the person in jail... they didn't show us that everyone gave their address n phone number n all but they might have coz the inspector told them to.. so he might have called up shashank.. and plus, armaan told the inspector that they are docs in sanjeevani.. so since apparently shashank is world famously known as the dean of sanjeevani, everyone knows him.. so the inspector might have called up shashank directly...
