Shaurya - Very Likeable

I don't know why, but I've taken a huge liking to Shaurya, and to Yuvraj who plays him... for some reason there is this real genuinity and innocence in Shaurya that I really... admire? Or that's what puts a smile on my face when he's in the show. Even in the title track, the smile he has, everything, how he looks, so young, and there's an optimistic persona about him as well. I think this kind of attitude of his is what sets him apart from the rest of the family - that he can remain calm even in the most tensed of situations. At times, he reminds me of Jai from Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Naa... just the fact that both don't ever want to resort to violence for anything.

I know our Yuvi is really cute and sweet! I guess this show would have a dewaar kinda story in future. Yuvi playin shashi kapoor and Iqu playin angry young man Amitabh bachchan... Hehe it would be fun to watch these two hotties.. battle it out..

He's pretty good, I like the character very much. It's supposed to be totally opposite to Shankar's, but yeah Shankar is extremely special to me. But yeah he does have similarities with Jai in JTYJN. I wonder how he's going to react once he learns about the business his family is involved in.

yea ammu i completly agree-- Iqbal is a hottie but shaurya (yuvraj) is just so cute and innocent! his smile is just so sweet!!! he is gonna shine in this show--way more than he did in betiyaan (and i loved hum der 2)

i didnt think id like him but i do now.........his character is very sweet.....naina

Genuinity and innocence all is there within this character but also toughness. They showed it with his first scene itself in the football match.

This is going to be an interesting character to watch out for as it will show changes as the story moves on I am sure.
