One of the most memorable Performance on 25th July was by Sara Raza Khan. Loved it very much. She has great potential. She has a very clear voice with lots of feel. Minor flaws are rectifiable.
Her voice is like a breath of fresh air. "Kahena hi kya"
Her recent performances have been up and down, still she is proving herself.

Day two, 26 July she followed up with "Kabhi Aar Kabhi Paar" an entertaining number. Would have preferred her to sing something newer.

actually she brought down scale this took away energy then tempo was slowed, song lost colour, rest was done by missing sur , she is capable of much more I think.

I have a friendly difference of opinion here. She was out of sur in both performances.

During Kehna hi kya her rendition's overall impact was lost due to her low notes and she was flat throughout the song.

In Kabhi Aar Kabhi Paar the energy was missing due to scale problems. In my opinion everything was sung in relatively the same loud pitch, this made the high notes barely distinguishable. If you hear the original you will notice that the main appeal of this song lies in its scale transitions.

Thanks for the feedback on her singing. I did not hear the original before. Still I believe Sara can brush up after a few practise rounds and come in very strong.

She was singing like she had Elaichi in her mouth and she was singing while chewing on it..
