I guess their trying to show how a man can be so unfaithful to the one he loves most.
Or they're trying to let the viewers know that they dont care for us, and this "Kiran" is Kasturi.
You know how it is. Every show has to be ruined somehow, or how the heck can they torture viewers, and break their hearts?
